I stopped by this Starbucks this morning before my certification test to try and get a bagel. I thought this place was inside Glendale Galleria mall until I walked inside and realized it's actually inside Target on the first floor. So I had to walk out of the mall and enter through Target because they don't open the Target entrance from the mall until after 10am. But when I got to Starbucks inside Target, they told me they didn't have any plain bagel so I had to go with the butter crossiant and iced water. It didn't take long for my order to come out. The water was made first and then my crossiant came out. There are some tables if you want to eat or drink your coffee there but there was a homeless guy sitting there so I just took it back to my car in the parking garage to eat it. They give me a venti size water which was appreciated and I thought the croissant was alright but it's pretty pricey for just a crossiant.
Vegetarian options: You can try to order a healthy bagel here.
Parking: You just park in the parking garage but it can be hard to find a spot during the holiday time or busy time.

I asked for a small glass of water for my child, but there was a long line. She said, Get in line and asked for 50 cents for the water. It's really funny. I even felt bad for such a big Starbucks chain and they sell water to little children.
Ordered oatmilk and got whole milk
Very bad service from the girl who is at the cashier, she has preferences, some clients she served well and others she didn't... She simply doesn't like her job that changes or something else.

The other Starbucks at Macy’s is better than this one. They got our order wrong!!? Me and my friend both ordered a Turkey Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta and it looked nothing like it!! It was so expensive. It looked appetizing in the ad but bad in real life. I was looking forward to eating that but it looked like the breakfast thing at McDonald’s?!! It was 8 dollars for one and it looked like it could feed a dog. The staff was nice (I guess) but the meal was the worst! Please fix this meal. There was not even pesto! $16 for 2 mini breakfast sandwiches?

Opens when Target opens, earlier than the mall. Closes whenever they feel like it. Often runs out of things like milk. Macy's is nicer but opens

the worst starbucks, they customer service is completely terrible. very rude and disrespectful. talks with a bad attitude definitely the guy with curly hair. told my friend they had no dragon fruit then i see someone else with a dragon fruit. they were out of everything and gave me my drink in a small and i wanted a grande. they give dirty looks. dont ever go here!

Horrible customer service and extremely slow. I was waiting for 20 minutes to get a simple drink. They never have back ups even though this location is always busy. One person was making all the drinks and she was extremely slow and unprofessional. This location is always unstaffed and many people were upset with their drink and waiting for so long. All of this happens because of poor management… I’m not going to this Starbucks location again and I don’t recommend it.
Starbucks is a well-known coffee chain that has gained a reputation for its quality coffee and cozy atmosphere. However, my recent experience at this branch left a sour taste in my mouth. After waiting for over an hour and twenty minutes, my friend and I finally received our two coffees. It's important to note that we were not waiting for a complicated order, and the crowd was not particularly large. To make matters worse, there was a forty-minute gap between the preparation of the first and second coffee. The wait time was unacceptable, especially considering the reputation and popularity of Starbucks. The staff seemed indifferent to our frustration and didn't seem to be making an effort to speed up the process. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company that prides itself on quality and efficiency. In conclusion, my recent experience at Starbucks was extremely disappointing, and I am hesitant to visit their branches in the future. The long wait time and lack of urgency from the staff were unacceptable, and I hope that they take steps to improve their customer service in the future.
