Today at your Starbucks I had a very unpleasant experience. One of your employees was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I paid $20 for my drink, then I found small change and asked him to return the $20 and take the exact amount instead. The $20 bill was still in his hand, nothing had been processed yet on the register, but he still refused to return it.
What made it worse is that he didn’t listen to me at all. He cut me off, spoke very rudely, and immediately called the next customer while I was still standing there. He didn’t even give me the chance to finish my sentence — maybe I wanted to change my order or say something else, but he completely ignored me. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
In addition, another employee came and opened the window curtains without asking us first. We had lowered them for comfort, and only after the second time he explained a reason. Still, if the curtains are there, customers should be allowed to use them when they feel uncomfortable.
This whole situation made me feel very upset, and I don’t want to experience this kind of treatment again at your store.

It is their policy to remake the drink if it's been incorrectly made or unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, upon requesting a drink remake they weren't happy. Had I screwed up, I'd taken the drink but they did. It seemed to really hurt their ego to remake the drink... :(

I live in the neighborhood so it's convenient. Most of the staff know me. They're really friendly and there's plenty of parking. Great location
Parking: There's always parking in the lot.
Kid-friendliness: There's nothing here to scare kids off. I people bringing their kids in all the time
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a one story building with large doors. No elevator or escalator needed

Warning!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! If you go into one of the vacant bathrooms, there is a chance someone will force open the door and walk in on you. Literally happened just now and I was screaming for him not to come in but he did anyway. He saw EVERYTHING then immediately ran out. One of the staff told me that this happens REGULARLY!!! Today afternoon 08/24/2023, I ordered dragon fruits drink. I ordered by my phone to add extra scoops (12 scoops) of dragon fruits. I arrived to the store and watched the lady prepared the drink. She put in 1 scoop and handed me the drink. I asked if I can have more dragon fruit, she asked me to open the lid and pour in 1 more scoop. She said she can’t put anymore. I asked how many dragon fruit she put in and she said she can’t remember. LOL, she literally just made my drink. She wasn’t friendly and her attitude made my Starbucks experience very bad.
