Warning!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! If you go into one of the vacant bathrooms, there is a chance someone will force open the door and walk in on you. Literally happened just now and I was screaming for him not to come in but he did anyway. He saw EVERYTHING then immediately ran out. One of the staff told me that this happens REGULARLY!!! WHY IS THIS EVEN OK!?Had to change to 1 star because the more I think about ...the more angrier I get.

Today afternoon 08/24/2023, I ordered dragon fruits drink. I ordered by my phone to add extra scoops (12 scoops) of dragon fruits. I arrived to the store and watched the lady prepared the drink. She put in 1 scoop and handed me the drink. I asked if I can have more dragon fruit, she asked me to open the lid and pour in 1 more scoop. She said she can’t put anymore. I asked how many dragon fruit she put in and she said she can’t remember. LOL, she literally just made my drink. She wasn’t friendly and her attitude made my Starbucks experience very bad.

They are very efficient and friendly. The online orders are always ready ahead of time. This is my go to Starbucks. There has never been anything "wrong" with my orders. This is a busy location so I recommend submitting your order ahead of time.

This by far has been one of the friendliest Starbucks I have been too. I was a bit indecisive as to what I want to drink. The baristas provided some great recommendations and even provided some samples. The pineapple refresher with green tea for the win but the mango dragon fruit with peach was a close second !!!!

Starbucks is Starbucks. But if every employee was as pleasant, accommodating, and wonderful as Jenn is, i would go to Starbucks everyday. Hope her supervisor/manager sees this because she deserves a raise and a promotion.

I just received very rude service from a young woman barista. It's a shame I've been a loyal customer at this store for over ten years. Never again will I support this store again. You just lost a loyal customer Sam's Donuts down the street is family owned with excellent customer service with better food and coffee. I will support Sam's Donuts now for life
