The Service: Jennifer was helping me at the counter. Super nice & helpful. I was having questions regarding how to use the app to pay & redeem the points. She was so patience helping me. Excellent service!
The Coffee: As good as always! Love my steaming hot coffee. Love the holiday cups, so festive!

They messed up my order 4 times and overcharged me twice terrible service. I’m not someone who does reviews but I wanted to warn others. The barista gave us misinformation about prices for a deal and even had a terrible attitude made me just wanna leave. IT TOOK 34 minutes to get starbucks when it was not supper busy. Worst Starbucks EVER!! 0/10

When I am ordering a grande cappuccino I don’t want to get a cup of foam. I want 80% drink and 20% foam in the cup not the opposite. And they are arguing with me instead of making it right. I will go to other stores where they can do it.
