First time visiting Starbucks Drive Thru @ Foothill Blvd former Burger King site (Rip 2016) closed for good. Awesome view, great atmosphere, service, friendly staff!! No issues at all. Perfect for customers and dogs sit outside. Customers and students sitting inside spend time chatting and studying and something else!! Excellent work for cleaning especially the floor. I’ve never use the restrooms before but I bet it’s clean with fresh scent. I feel satisfied. Rewards member us worth it obtain points on the app. I don’t visit it very often once a while. I’m craving for coffee. Very excitement.

I’ve come here three times in the past month and can say 100% they mess up everytime. I order a basic iced coffee with vanilla flavoring yet each time they don’t add it. It even says it on the small paper receipt attached to the cup. I love the Starbucks brand but can honestly say I leave dissatisfied everytime I stop at this location.

Starbucks hits home for me, the love qnd care they put into their craft as their employees is undeniable. Starbucks was my first job right out of highschool and I dedicated 4 years of my life to their company. I loved it! Its like riding a bike, I tell people now or employees that work their that if you bring me a green apron I can make a drink right away. You never forget! Cold brew is my favorite and packs a caffiene punch. My girlfriend loves cream and sugar, Im the opposite i love my coffee black. She says Im an old man!

I ordered a grande Cinnamon Dolce Latte with an extra shot, hot . It was not "dolce" (sweet), nor was there a spec of Cinnamon! It tasted like espresso with milk only. It took forever to get my order, and they handed me the drink without a sleeve. It was probably because it was lukewarm. This is the 2nd time at a different location that they got this order wrong. I tried to contact Starbucks, but they make it very difficult to file a complaint.
