I miss the Rally's....but now its a Starbucks...o well...at least i can still get a coffee
Went today to get my ice coffee through the drive through, they always seem to be in a hurry. I asked for ice brown sugar expresó with 2 extra pumps of brow sugar and they did not put the extra pump or the brown sugar at all my coffee was so bitter and taste so bad. Call and call to complaint and no one answered. I also told the person are you sure it has the extra pump because my coffee usually look like another one that was there and he said oh no it’s just the way they shake it. So mad I can go back due to work.

Staff is bad, they are restricting kids move in there are. I am disappointed 😞
I was there on 3/11/25 and ordered a grande matcha with no ice. My teeth are super sensitive so no ice for me. I noticed when the drink was handed to me how light it was. I kid you not. There was probably an inch and a half of actual drink on the bottom and the rest was foam. I wish I could post a picture. I paid over five dollars for a gulp. I needed to get back to the hospital otherwise I would have parked and took the drink in. Not cool Starbucks.

but I always love going here before either to get a cold brew, mango lemonade dragonfruit, or a medicine ball for when I'm sick or it's rainy (which today was both)
Super annoying. How do you justify running a high-profile, high volume coffee and food restaurant without a customer restroom? I have to believe that’s some sort of ADA/accessibility and or local code violation. Not to mention, it’s an insult to your customers.
I ordered a mocha cookie crumble and it did not taste well, it was already melted when i got it and it tasted like water the whip cream was also very bad. Staff were nice and helpful but the drinks were not good.

My man Chris makes all my mornings great! He’s so professional and courteous. My kids and I specifically go to this Starbucks because of Chris’ awesome service.

Only a walk up and drive thru. No area to sit and work.
Worst experience. Staff is extremely rude!
When purchasing my order I paid in cash, the amount came out to more then what was expected and I asked if they could scan my app for the discount deal. They gave a rude attitude as if annoyed.
When they over charged me they said they would correct the amount but never did.
I ended up paying double and asked for a manager and the manager corrected the amount that was doubled but still over charged me for my drink and did not apply the discount.
Every staff member that tried to assist was rude and annoyed with my request, never returning.

They take a very long time to serve, or they don’t have enough hands, or they work slowly. We stood there for 10 minutes to get water with ice.

extremely disappointed! I just left there. I ordered a matcha latte and I could taste the powder. It wasn’t stirred and there was no foam. It tasted like they just poured the milk in there. Do better!
