I asked to use restroom, and the girl that worked evening shift making coffee wanted me to buy something AGAIN in order to get passcode for restroom. This is ridiculous! Just be a human and not just a robot that do what the bosses say to you. NO GO!

Be careful when you go to this Starbucks because they let people steal your food! I made a mobile order and went to pick it up. When I got there, I waited for 5-8 minutes. None of the employees asked me if I needed help. I noticed the employees were not making food, so I asked if they had an order for me. One of the employees said that someone stole my order. How can someone steal my order if I never took possession of my order. The employees allowed someone to take their order that I came to pick up. They stole the order from them. They allowed people to take orders. They need to better manage the process. I was upset and headed out the door. They stole your food is all I heard.they never asked if I needed help. They didn't apologize and said let me make your order immediately. They didn't show they cared. I'm never going to this Starbucks. Again, be careful when you order at this location.

Most Starbucks team members are friendly, but something about this team #1 I get one of the BEST made latte's hot or iced here compared to some (just a few) others. Just like it a bit more :) It's tiny not much to see really, great for quick in and out coffee/food.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! This is my neighborhood location and they are normally very nice. Today, I ordered a tall oat milk latte however, the girl who took my order didn’t type oat milk onto the order so when I saw the barista using regular dairy milk, I told her that it was wrong and she gave the me nastiest attitude to change it to oat milk I was so confused because it was her co-worker who got my order wrong. Anyway, I’ll definitely be skipping attitudes and will go elsewhere.

I love Starbucks! I worked their in 2013-2017 as a barista. If you put a green apron on me I can definitely work away on making drinks. Its like riding a bike you never forget it. But Starbucks will always be special to me and have a good place in my heart. A good company to worm for forsure with an array of delicious drinks and food items as well as pastries to choose from. If you never heard of Starbucks I suggest you go.
