This is my local Starbucks and I’ve noticed that no matter how busy it is, no matter how rude customers may be, the employees at this location are kind and professional. I can’t imagine how patient they must be.

Well its my birthday today and i was eager for my free coffee. Only to be done with it in 3 sips because it was filled to the brim with ice. Idk why they would serve this - it was legit 3 sips of coffee. If they were out of the syrup or milk why not just tell me instead of compensating with A LOT of ice. This photo doesnt even do justice to the amount of ice they put in this cup. This cup was comically filled with ice. I’ve had other Starbucks locations make this exact drink for me and I sometimes cant finish it because of the equitable ice to coffee ratio. But damn they really gave me the sip equivalent of getting to the center of a tootsie pop thats crazy. Anyway happy bday to me i guess. I get a cup of ice.

I was very disappointed with the service at this Starbucks today (on Central Ave in Glendale). I usually come here often, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming — but today was a completely different experience. ⠀ The cashier, a girl wearing a cap and glasses, with curly hair in pigtails (her name tag was smudged — it looked like “Nadja” or “Naija”, but it was hard to read), was extremely unfriendly. She didn’t say hello, didn’t smile, and asked confusing questions. I asked for one chocolate croissant, but for some reason she rang up two. ⠀ Then she just walked away without saying anything, leaving me standing at the register. When she came back, she pressed a button with a stone-cold expression, handed me the croissant with a visibly annoyed look, and walked off without saying thank you or goodbye. ⠀ It was a very uncomfortable experience. I didn’t expect this kind of attitude at my favorite café. I hope management will pay attention to the quality of customer service — because for me, it’s not just about the food, it’s also about human interaction.

Awful service! I ordered a coffee and a sandwich, 15 min later they gave me my sandwich (not my coffee). Then 10 min later I returned my sandwich as I haven’t got my coffee and a sandwich was already cold. I talk to a cashier, she was very mean and then she called supervisor, which was even worse (Alexis). After 25-30 min I still did not received my coffee. IT IS INSANE!!! I felt like I ordered a stake…wtf? They mentioned, they have lots of mobile orders, I DO NOT CARE how many mobile orders they have, people who walked in have to be first in line !!!!!! The worst service !!!!!

This Starbucks has potential but is an example of everything that has gone wrong with this chain. The focus/speed of service is clearly on the drive through customers and the indoor, while spacious, is wasted. The indoor and outdoor seating could be so much better (quieter & cozier indoor + better seating shade and landscaping outdoors). Coffee is what it always is.
