Ordered one Venti water with extra ice and they gave me a tall. Only after they gave me it they said they only give tall waters.
Look I understand if you have limits on items but please tell me when ordering and not just give whatever you feel like it. I'll just go somewhere else for water. Like the one at Target. (At least there is much of a better customer experience and kind)

One of the staff screamed at me saying …. The line starts it from the other side. When I was the only one ??… i know it makes sense if there are other ppl waiting in the line and if I cut the line. I understand that ll be wrong. But if I am the only one…. Doesn’t make sense. The person taking my order couldn’t get my name even after 3 times. Staff needs training. And post a sign saying which side the line starts. Instead of yelling at them

Terrible service. 4 workers and none of them can take care of a single customer? What's wrong with these people. The Asian guy was drinking coffee while we were waiting for someone to take our order. One star because there is no zero.
They will no longer accept your Macy's card to pay for drinks unless it's American Express. When's did this change? thanks for the heads up.

Ordered a vanilla iced coffee with light ice. My standard order at every starbucks I go to. This starbucks barista added way too much milk and vanilla as well. Didn't taste like coffee at all. When I asked she said if we go light on the ice we add more milk. Which is the stupidest thing I've heard. Also 4.05 for a tall vanilla iced coffee?! I usually buy a grande and it costs that much or sometimes even less.

Tried to buy coffee tonight at 6:43. Workers there closed the line early (should be open until 7:00 according to their own store hours listed) because they wanted to go home. Happens often here. People should take their money to Pete’s or Coffee Bean!!!!
