The service and cleanliness is excellent, however I was disappointed to find there is no indoor seating, sure there are chairs outside for the little mall area, but the coffee bean here used to have ample seating and a cozy atmosphere, it's sad to see Starbucks let go of one of the best reasons to visit this location, especially for college students attending GCC.
Now for the part that Starbucks isnt responsible for, you should know that the parking here is somewhat difficult, there are lulls in the day when you can easily find parking, but youre only permitted to stay an hour at most.

I have been a customer since this location opened. I was in the area hiking. We did some water because I ran out of my Water. I walked in and asked if I could have a cup of water and they told me unless I'm buying something they would not give me water. It's so sad how terrible their customer services especially for a customer like myself who's been going there since the location opened.

I came in with my friends on the 8th of Oct (Tuesday) and we were heading up the mountains so we stopped by. Our friends didn’t want drinks but i did, and we also had to use the restroom. We were there around 2 pm i believe. There was a guy with dark hair and he was the worker and our friend asked for a water. Mind you, he also forgot the pup cup i ordered. I got my drink and the water was no where to be seen. It’s just water. We asked again because we needed to go and our dog was thirsty. and he said with the snarkiest, nastiest attitude, “i’ll let you know when the water is ready”. this is all over WATER. which he could’ve gotten right away and just apologized. I’ve never seen a starbucks employee act like that, and he just had a terrible attitude. We ended up leaving after he said that, and we got water somewhere else. I would not return here ever.

It's beautiful and clean. The staff is was so friendly and personable.
My Husband has been telling me for months to come here instead of the Colorado location and I'm glad I finally did!!! Its so much more convenient!! Its just a pick up location so I order with my app and within 5 minutes I arrive here and my order is sitting here ready! I love this place! No more long drive thru lines on Colorado!!

So disappointed with this branch of Starbucks. I left without getting my order and they didn't give a receipt either. They told me they were busy which I understand but I saw a lot of people after me whose orders were already given to them and I still don't have mine. I left because I cannot wait or make a scene and I have work to do. So disappointing and not gonna go back again.
