I wanted to acknowledge the fantastic team at the Starbucks inside Vons. When Jose is in charge, we are especially blessed. He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and provides very friendly customer service. Antonio, an African American employee, is also full of energy and knows what he's doing. He provides great customer service as well. Two other employees—an Asian American person and a fourth person with eyeglasses, whose names I don't recall—are very polite, fast, and knowledgeable. These four are the best, and I appreciate their hard work. Thank you. This is an update about Starbucks at Glendale Vons. In a previous review, I couldn't remember the other employees' names. Yesterday I went and asked their names, and again, the service was smooth and friendly, Aiden was the cashier, a very humble person, and Conny was the one preparing our drinks; she is very sweet and a good listener. Great customer service always with Jose, Aiden, Conny, and Antonio

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Jose. He is one of the kindest and most attentive baristas I’ve ever met. He not only remembers my usual drink but makes it perfectly every time. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly make my visits special. It’s a good place . They moved from one side to other side . It’s new nice etc but service slow . Kathy I think I am not sure the girl with glasses , you have a line one guy disapear one left and she is looking at the line . Seriously .

Ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frap and it was very poorly made (watery, no whip cream at bottom, whip cream on top was a small dollop with caramel and crunch topping only on half of it), so I went back and explained what I didn’t like about how it was made and asked for it to be remade. The barista (black male with cornrows I believe) seemed quite pissed and annoyed. He didn’t say one word to me and just looked and acted like he was pissed. The worst part is he made it EXACTLY like how he made the first drink… I don’t ask for it to be remade a 3rd time tho because the end result would’ve prob been the same. Very disappointed

Stopped by for drinks, unfortunately the staff had horrible customer service especially the cashier with the star face tattoos. The drinks were horrible and tasteless for something that’s supposed to be sweet. (Tasted white mocha Frappe) never stopping at this location again.
