I am a regular to this place and I always get a good service because I know most of the barristas and the manager by names. Today I ordered my regular and I waited too long ti get my coffee. I was waiting patiently untl I list my patient snd I stood up to look were the coffee are being done I saw my personal glass was not touch were the barrista put it. So call the attention of Jenny she found out that my coffee is made in regular glass sitting next to the coffee maker or blender. There were couples next to me they are also regulars the complain about the service this day. Sorry Courtney I guess when you are not here service is going not going welll

This Starbucks visit was very disappointing. We look for Starbucks to be a place we're we can feel comfortable to hang out while having coffee. This place is a dump, dirty, and the staff has a lack of concern for the customers. They don't bother doing anything besides serving coffee. This day the bathroom was marked as out of Service, when I asked about using the other restroom they simply told me both didn't work. The problem is that there is never a concern for the customer, no explanation of when it will be taken care off, nothing, because they don't give a s**t.
Amazing Starbucks :) My fave coffee is latte with coconut milk :) The best one. Always, really loved their oatmeal and sausage wrap.

It's the staff/coffee baristas that make this THE go-to location when my daughters or I want Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and courteous! The food and drinks is always consistently spot on (something we've not always experienced at other locations). I just tried the NEW "Oleato" Latte, my personal favorite of all the Lattes on the menu now!!!
