Best subway I've ever had...It's always been my favorite restaurant. Since, I've been coming over 3 yrs. Everything's so fresh & the broccoli soup ? served with bread crumbs it's the best. Try the steak & egg I have discovered w/garlic sauce & chipotle...is called the Franko's style...The staff in there treat you like you're part of them too. Trust me, you won't be disappointed, you will be coming for for more...3x's a day minimum...??
It was delivery ordered a veggie pattie foot l9ng with the works of cucumber lettuce and all honey mustard one...driver text one hour later he is at wrong address I texted address 5 times he said I'm leaving I can t help arrogant refused to go 4 houses up! I could not see him...half hour later a call "what's your address?" ( are you freeking kidding?) For the 6 th time HERE IS MY ADDRESS.!!! so arrogant driver had to come back with a small cold sandwich just bread and a dried out patty!!! 40 per cent smaller than the ones you get in store it's in the garbage! It was almost 40 dollars plus agreavation fights and arguments horrible ill never use again! They HAD to refund money not for 5 days!!! Grub hub and subway horrible app..omg! What a bum experience

We visited your location yesterday 10/7/2023. Purchase was done by my wife Michelle just in case you want look again from the beginning of the month. We go to Subway often, and usually order the same thing. But like I mentioned your location changed us way more for something we did not order!

Only visited once. I ordered online. My sandwich was ready when I got there. They somehow left every condiment off the sandwich- they literally only gave me meat and bread. Everything was printed on the ticket as I ordered it ... tomato, cheese, etc. But they failed to make a sandwich that at all resembled the order. This sandwich shop can't sandwich.

For me, this location works fast, especially with the Mobil orders!!! Honestly, the app makes it so easy to save your favorite sandwiches and keep all your payment methods on tap. Since this location is on Brand Blvd, parking may be hard to come by, but don't fret. If you call ahead, you can have the staff bring your order curbside Also, they accept all app discounts and coupons where others in the area dont!!!So if you're looking for a meal on the go and time is of the essence, this may be your new go-to stop

The worst subway in Glendale, this last time was the last straw. Ordered online and got the flatbread which is always supposed to be toasted. It doesn’t even give you the option online like the other breads to toast it because it’s a given. Got my sandwich and the flatbread was not toasted and they refused to give me credit back on the card that paid for the meal or do anything about it to be fixed. The man on the phone was incredibly rude and would not let me speak to the manager about it. Don’t waste your money at this place.

I went here a couple days ago and there was one customer already in the middle of getting her sandwich made. The employee was Sarah and she was the slowest person in the world. I waited at least 10 mins just for her to warp the sandwich. She clearly has no experience with food/working a job. She was so delicate with placing the food on the sandwich like she was scared of it or something. Usually when you see somebody else in line waiting, you move a bit faster to get things done. Not Sarah. She did t care at all. It was comical. Like she felt no urge to speed up what she was doing AT ALL. Typical, "never worked a day in her life".

This place is terrible, the sandwiches here just don't taste good, or like they should. The lettuce was moldy, and they guy who worked there said, the owner makes us use old lettuce. Like that is cheap, makes the workers use old moldy lettuce.

Horrible experience! Was there around 2:20 pm this afternoon, and no other customers were there so I thought that I would get my food and leave quickly. No such luck! I waited for about 20 minutes while one of the employees was fiddling around with the register. I thought that he was the manager however I found out later that he was not the manager. He ignored me when I asked to get my order placed. There was no one else behind the counter at all. I had enough and finally left the restaurant and promised myself that I would never visit another Subway again however I decided to come back and when I did, this time there was young woman with brown hair at the register with the same guy that had been fiddling around with the register before. No name tags on either one of the employees and when I asked their names they refused to give it to me and when I asked to speak with the manager they told me that he was not there, as usual and I asked them his name and once again they would not tell me his name. I said that something is always going on at this Subway all of the time and the guy that had been fiddling around with the register said that he has never seen me before. I have been in there numerous times and he knows it and I have my receipts plus my card to prove it and I told them as much too. Needless to say when I went back into the store to complain there was only one male customer in the restaurant and he already had his food. I am like how in the world did that happen since I had just left the restaurant and just walked across the street and came right back. That had to be the fastest order in history. Maybe if I had been a male than I would have been treated a lot better. A lot of discrimination is going on around this Subway.
