Today I want to go to restroom to wash my hands and then eat the restroom door was luck and on the door sign says no public restroom I thought I can use it because I am customer, I asked employees could you unlock the door,but the employee told me it’s out of order what a lier.

Worst costumer service not from employees from store manager and owner.We ordered catering platters and mentioned no ONIONS, unfortunately the employee made a mistake and all sandwiches were full of onions. We went back twice and the employee tried to help us but the store manager since she doesn't care about costumer service she didn't even say sorry. I think they chose the wrong and unprofessional person as a store manager.From now on we and my all friends and family would never order from that location.

Bad manners and attitude by employees. Don’t like it then don’t buy. No health consciousness. Using gloves as work gloves on equipments and using the same gloves on the foods. After putting extra veggies asked for a bit more but declined to give more veggies unless paying for extra. Been to many other Subway shops and the worst experience ever had from this location which was the first visit.
