Put the wrong cheese on sandwich made it taste weird. Ordered two different sandwiches and did not mark them. I tried to call but no answer and voicemail full.

Came to woodman and van nuys and they also don’t take coupons after I ordered. Left the sandwich. Also there phone is disconnected. Wow these owners are real bums

Came to this location for the first time, great service! I was helped by a very friendly woman. However I was shocked to see that tipping on the card machine was not available?!? Other locations have this option and I think it’s really awful that it’s not an option. I’m sure the staff is losing out on many tips because of this. Please call your card terminal company and make this change to prove you care about your team! :)

II went in to buy a sandwich they prepared it for me and when I wanted to ask to have it toasted, the machine did not workand I asked the employee why she did not tell me before or why she did not have a paper explaining that the toaster did not work ,ok I bought the sandwich but right now I'm eating it, because it doesn't taste goodand the bad thing is that I thought that at least if it was good .Jan 8 2022 bad experince
