Avoid the subway for two reasons. First I had a coupon for two footlong subs for 12.99. Ordered a steak and cheese and the chicken bacon ranch. I was told I could not use the coupon because it had bacon on it, which they consider an extra. I replied the subs name is chicken bacon ranch, so the bacon is included and not an extra item that I am requesting. She said bacon cannot be used with the coupon. Frustrated I left and then emailed the owner stating the coupon no where states bacon that comes standard in a sub is an exception that voids the coupon. Got a generic response that did not even address the problem. He obviously doesn't care. I visit the subway on foothill often and others and have ordered the same sub with the same coupon and never been told bacon is an exception to the coupon.Also their prices are sky high. Other subways are $2 to $3 dollars cheaper.

If you're expecting Watson and Dietz, or boars head deli service, you're going to be disappointed. But if you want a nice cold cut sandwich made quickly and for a reasonable price, this is a fantastic place to grab a quick bite to eat. My go to sandwich here is a foot-long veggie sandwich on wheat bread, so take my review with a grain of salt. Often times, subways in my town (la cañada) close early which can be irritating but it's not consistent enough to call out anyone's specific location. I would probably call ahead of time if you're going later in the evening. I prefer to order in the store instead of ordering online because they will adhere strictly to the count-out-six-olives rule when you order online.

Walked out. Girl making my sandwich was rude from very beginning. She walked away 5 times. Then said seriously in Spanish like I wouldn't understand. Then said I couldn't add anything to my sandwich. Which is when I walked out.

Came to woodman and van nuys and they also don’t take coupons after I ordered. Left the sandwich. Also there phone is disconnected. Wow these owners are real bums

Came to this location for the first time, great service! I was helped by a very friendly woman. However I was shocked to see that tipping on the card machine was not available?!? Other locations have this option and I think it’s really awful that it’s not an option. I’m sure the staff is losing out on many tips because of this. Please call your card terminal company and make this change to prove you care about your team! :)

Don't like this restaurant (I like Subway franchise). There are no any combos here and no Sub of a day ( everyday different sub at a discount price).

I stopped coming to this location for a long time bc they skimp on the ingredients. So you feel like eating bread with very little inside. I decided to give it a try one more time today...same old skimpy sandwiches. Won't be coming back.

I ordered two sandwiches online for in-store pickup. Due to the store's policy of performing no checks on who picks up the food, by the time I arrived at the store, I was told the sandwiches had been taken by someone else. It had not even been half an hour since the time I set to pick up my food. I first asked for either sandwiches or my money back, and instead of complying, the manager repeated the same words "it's not my fault" and "I don't know what to do" to me. I had to argue for 10 minutes about whose fault it was (apparently not theirs) to finally get her to give me a refund. Later, she called me on my phone to tell me that a doordash driver had stolen my food, as if that somehow absolves her of any blame. I blame the store's alleged policy of "trusting the people" as she put it, letting literally anyone come in and take food (I have ordered from this location multiple times, and each time, I thought the system was too lax). I blame the manager for making me waste time fighting over what should have ended immediately with a refund and an apology. I lost my dinner, and I had my time stolen, and she couldn't even immediately agree to a refund.
