Called ahead and placed the order and gave me a pick up # 7 … walked up to the window to pick up my food the guy has NO clue about my order. Tells me “it will just two minutes to make it”… It did in fact take two minutes to make … However, when we got home and unwrapped the food we realized that they had gotten ALL of our orders wrong. For Pet’s sake … put someone on the phones that speaks enough English to at least take the orders correctly

Ordered and all chicken burrito today and when I got home it had rice and beans! I wasn't happy but I ate it I was too hungry to drive back.

I've always enjoyed eating here and the guys and ladies that work here have never got my order wrong..until today. But when I took the food back to have the error corrected I was met with a swift resolution, hot delicious tacos and even a free soda for my troubles. This is the spot for great food and great customer service!
