Today they gave me a Mexican Pizza cooked in rancid oil. Very disappointing. Gotta check and change that oil every once in a while. The flour tortillas suck it up and it’s pretty gross.
Update. Today I decided to try the new Chicken nuggets. They were overcooked. I’m so bummed. C’mon guys DO BETTER.

Look Taco Bell is Taco Bell, you know what kind of food you’re getting. I’ve been going to this location for years and every time I go here the order is wrong. Not mostly every time, it’s EVERY TIME. EVERY TIME THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER, YOU LOOK AT THE SCREEN TO VERIFY THE ORDER AND THEY STILL PUT THE WRONG ITEMS OR LEAVE SOMETHING OUT!! It’s so annoying please just give me what I paid for 😭

Wildly incompetent staff.
Did the steak upgrades to my food, and did not get any steak just the basic ground meat. Asked the woman working the window to tape my box closed since it was flapping open already, and she put a tape on the side and top without sealing the box hahahaha, saying that's all she can do (what?). Pulled a tape off myself and actually sealed the box. Honest to god, the worst fast food employee I've seen in years. Also had to wait awhile too, even after I asked for her to tape it shut. She taped it miserably and left it on the counter, making me wait for no reason except to be petty?

We went for a drive thru because there was a lot of people eating outside, we figured inside is probably crowded too. Food was good and service was okay, not super quick but not too long too. Very affordable too.
Customer service was horrible. Bad communication and impatience while trying to pay. When did an upcharge for change of sauce become a thing? No eye contact, no help, no thank you. This location used to have customer service

This place sucks... every time I go there I drive away mad.. the service workers don't understand simple English... Just getting a soda with a lot of ice took 7 trys last night... and then I was admonished for getting mad at the kid who didn't understand what I was saying....
