I went into today trying to order a modified power bowl (to keep it a little healthier). I wasn’t doing my best to explain what I was trying modify and there was a slight communication barrier (with how i sounded over the mic + some small language barriers between us). I was told up to pull up front to complete the order and they were so kind and accommodating! :) Very happy with the service from Vanessa C.!

The last 2 times our food has been COLD!!! when going through the drive thru. We love the food, but are disappointed when we arrive home only to discover our food is COLD! at this time our family is no longer ordering Taco Bell and have now switched to Del Taco until Taco Bell addresses this problem

At Taco Bell I normally stick to the crunchy taco supremes. They’re very consistent. The other day, I tried a breakfast burrito. I was impressed by the potatoes they use. Potatoes can make or break a breakfast burrito. (In my opinion) They were very flavorful.

Disgusting service, waited 15 minutes for my order, in the end they didn't give me the coffee I ordered, they didn't want to change it for something else and didn't give me my money back, in the end I paid $15 for goods and received $10 worth of goods, disgusting customer service
