Naira gave me really good recommendations and the cakes are amazing, I’ve never had better. The service was really good, fast and responsive. Every time I’ve been there I’ve always had a good experience.
I purchased a couple of trays of pastry from here and asked if those can be put in a box for a gift, the employee there asked if that be be done but owner or manager refused even though I offered to pay for the box. I should’ve just left without spending a dime in that place but I needed it. Never ever will I walk into that bakery ever again, my first and last time. Bad experience to say the least. Employees are fine it’s the manager or whoever was there needs to learn about customer service. We have hundreds of bakeries around, give the good service to bring back customers.

Teapot Bakery is a must-visit in Burbank! The first thing you notice is how spotlessly clean and bright the shop is. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience feel personal. Most importantly, everything we tried was fantastic—the cakes and pastries are fresh and delicious, and the coffee is brewed to perfection. It’s my new favorite spot!
There were flies tasting the pastries in the showcase. So disappointing.
