I’ve been here quite a few times. However, almost every time there is some issue. Repeated mistakes are: forgotten items, cold soups, tables not cleared, painfully slow service despite most tables being empty. Despite this, they will always make up for it if you bring it up to their attention. I always come back because Tender Greens has a good selection of healthy food at the right price. I really love this place! I've ordered a few pick up orders and it's was a bit slow but the food was amazing!
Now I've ordered delivery at least 3× as much and only ever had 2 problems. The 1st, which was minor, they packaged the wrong dressing. Easy mistake.
The 2nd, which also is an easy mistake, my drinks weren't sent out/delivered with my food. I called and instead of just offering a refund for the drinks and ending the call. Beatriz...

Exceptional service and delicious food! Beatrice, Carla and Patrick and the entire staff are incredibly attentive and always go above and beyond to ensure my dining experience is perfect. When there was a mistake with my order, they promptly corrected it without any hassle. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food and prompt service!
