Poor service. Food was ok
They don't pay Attention to what you order
Best food i been ordering for 20 years and there never change the good food.
Pad Thai was a little too sweet so we added chili sauce and it was much better. Food was bit on the sweet side.
Never again will I support this business throughout covid I was showing up. First time doing dine in with my family. Paid the bill was gonna take out cash for tip, and before I could move my daughter, the waitress came out of nowhere. Says you don't like food. You ate all of it. How come no tip? Then, after that, who'd be giving a rude waitress anything, especially making a scene, didn't end there, followed us out of the restaurant screaming no tip, no tips, and all the staff there joined in. Disgraceful.
Food was good and was given fast, but had small portions compared to other places

I was in the mood for Thai barbecue chicken and this place is called tybarbecue Well the chicken was overcooked for starters but it got better from there they had no fresh garlic in the entire restaurant they had no hai chilies again in the entire restaurantNow if you're eating authentic barbecue in that style you have the option of having Chilean garlic with your chicken they had no such option and it's totally typical for ATHAI restaurant to have these condiments I then asked for the very common typical fish sauce with chili that is on the table at every single Thai restaurant except this one
They didn't have that either
I looked around there were no Thai people in their either GI wonder why
The waitress was polite but she said we don't have fresh garlic here we don't have Thai chilly either I said wow you're not really a thai restaurant
So maybe other dishes are good but g's don't go here for barbecue it's like overcooked sweet candy

The chicken was weird and undercooked. The older server lady was also extremely rude and condescending. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

We ordered three dishes. First they brought one, then 5 min for the second, and a whole 10 min until the last one, which I had to ask for and seem like they forgot. Food was not good compared to other Original Thai locations (we’ve been to different ones in LA).
We were one of three tables being served and still the service was bad and slow.
No server checking if we needed anything, no water refills, etc. We waited 15 min after finishing our food to get our check, and that was only after prompting them.
They bring the check, we pay. No bye, no thank you.

The server was so rude and we waited 15 minutes to order our food and there’s no others customers at this place, their soup was so bland.,. One of the server forced us to put tips on our receipt.
