By far the worst experience at a Hilton I’ve ever had. The parking garage smells like sewage. The staff was extreme disrespectful. The room was dirty, old and outdated. The phones didn’t work in the room. They lied on the phone for booking and said there was a pool and hot tub but there was not. Paid $350 for this hotel and was the worst experience in my entire life. We kept the car in the front for 5 mins to bring up all of our stuff and someone came up and informed us they had already called the tow truck to tow us…. Instead of politely asking us to just move the car. They also discriminated against us for being gay. I will be filing a lawsuit suit against this hotel.

An excellent hotel with kind, caring staff, a comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast included - with full spread of omelets, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, pastries, oatmeal, fruits, juices, etc. Yum!

I stayed for 2 weeks while helping with Red Cross Disaster Relief, and was able to come back each evening to a welcoming, comforting room. Thanks Embassy Suites! Highly recommend.

my shower was broken and when maintenance came to fix it at 10:30pm, they already knew what was wrong because it was a reoccurring issue. the pool was closed with no notification. the rooms don't have exterior windows, the windows overlook the lobby.

Basement parking is convenient at $27 per night

Rooms: Queen beds were comfortable but try not to use the hide a bed. They are typical and what you would expect from a folding mattress
Rooms are clean, laundry is top notch clean! Nice little food nook for your in room needs.

Food and drinks: Breakfast was very good. Personal omelets available, and a fine variety of other breakfast choices provided

Noteworthy details: Managers reception had an underwhelming selection - taco chips salsa and pita bread with some humas...

This is an update from January 2025 recent stay and its gotten much worse.

We have stayed there several times in the past years or so. The hallways are always dirty (not vacuumed), the rooms are in dire need of repairs and major cleaning (torn carpets, leaky faucets etc) shower head keeps falling off.Black Mold growing in bathroom and all tiles. Mold also growing on curtains in bedroom area.(We took pictures) Room has not been properly dusted or vacuumed in months. Dog fleas are all over carpet and biting us.We understand because of the fires not enough parking and we have been forced to park and walk from blocks away. There is construction junk taking up more than 25 spaces.Seems like management doesn’t care.Front desk staff doesn’t care and are no help. The parking garage is filthy (never been washed down) and trash overflowing especially when charging one $25 per night to park there you would think it would be kept up. We understand properties need repairs over time but no excuse for not keeping property clean. For being a Hilton property it doesn’t come close to what it should be. Asked for Mgr. at desk but was never there and never reached out to us. We know many people staying here are displaced from Eaton fire and our hearts go out to them and they too deserve a clean and well ruined hotel they are paying for.

Decent hotel in safe area. Parking covered and safe but not free. Rooms are outdated but clean. Breakfast and evening snacks are free and good. They charge for WiFi which is really stupid for so called luxury hotel.

The good thing about this hotel is the location and the breakfast buffet. The rooms are a little bit dated and even though we didn't ask for daily cleaning, but any other day during our stay, we got serviced the day before checking out. Also, read the fine print, once you make your reservation they charge for incidents $100 for every day of your stay while in other places is $75 at the most or NONE. I've never had this issue while staying in an Embassy Suites before and I would expect this incident fee from a Waldorf Astoria but Embassy Suites? Pff, big no.

1st: A room with city view is just a view of a parking lot and 2 buildings. The room is a higher price compared to an atrium view inside room. The room is also dated.

2nd: the hot food station at breakfast was manned by an attendant who gave me a tiny scoop of scrambled egg. When asked for 2 more scoops, the attendant refused. I am not a wasteful person because I eat all I get. The only thing I eat for breakfast is protein so I usually just eat egg and coffee. I didn’t bother to wait in line for The omelette because the line was too long!

3rd: the shower has a bad design in the king bed suite. one can’t turn on the shower without getting a splash of cold water.

Will probably stay somewhere else next time in the area.

I’m a Hilton member and I was very disappointed with this check in. The check is n process was slow and even though i checked in with the app, I was asked to stay in a long line and prove I was who I said I was? Even after to many check ins? This embassy has its wear and tear with an elevator being out of service, staff being slow to check folks ins and the rooms being outdated. Pest control definitely needs to make a visit here as water bugs were eminent in our restroom in the early morning. The water pressure was very low and the comforters have seen better days. The rooms lack an exhaust so there isn’t any fresh air in the room so if you shower the entire suite is muggy and smells like mildew. For almost $700 for 2 nights I was disappointed with my stay so I ended up checking out early just so I can breathe some fresh air. This is not a typical Embassy suite experience but it happened and if you are looking for the “firework view “ it’s so far from view and you cannot see it if it’s foggy which is what they should advise you on their website! My video was a zoomed in version . All the movies and shows had issues with their TV service, it continued to have rendering issues, the only non interrupted items where the commercials. The movies had continued issues and at time the voices didn’t match the actors lips. It was very annoying as you could not see any movie uninterrupted from the screen having glitches. The menu option on the TV is whack!

We had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites Hilton in Glendale, CA! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff went above and beyond to provide great service throughout our stay. One of the best perks was the free breakfast—such a nice bonus to start our day! Because food always tastes better when it’s free!

The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We stayed here to visit Universal Studios, and it was super convenient—just a quick 20-minute drive away. This hotel checked all the boxes for a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!
