I’d give a zero if I could. Cashier took my order wrong and then the red haired employee gave my partner attitude when he went up to correct it. Don’t see why immediately jumping to blaming the customer is their go to but it’s unacceptable if we’re paying for their drinks…He approached with no attitude too so to get it back is no good. Do better??????

I like to take my coffee from this branch, but today, 10/19/2023 @ 9:00 pm the service was very bad ,the problem from the Manger (lady) she was very Annoying and she can't believe her self I'm the Manger,please if any one read my feedback From the management tell her take it easy .....the employees very nice but the Manger unfortunately ?

Hands down the best location! love the Service and cleanliness, Alexis is the sweetest most attentive person on staff and she can make one hell of a drink.
Customer service non existent, +the coffee tasted terrible. The staff were more concerned about cleaning the machines and stocking things away (all 3 of them) rather than helping the customers. No acknowledgment, no hello, nothing...
waited for 30 mins today to get a bagel. When they realized they forgot, they still didn't hurry up. Woman behind me tipped them $9 and their whole mood changed and they made hers before mine. Shame.
