I am not happy at all with the examination, people treat me badly

Worst coffee bean I’ve been to! I’ve gone several times and my coffee is ALWAYS made wrong. Rude cashier with attitude. Do not recommend this location.

This place used to be good 10-15 years ago, now you go here and all you see is a bunch of old men outside playing backgammon yelling and cursing, they buy one coffee and hang out outside for hours playing games not allowing anyone to site down, this is not a park its a business and unfortunately the staff dont kick them out. The coffee is watered down and doesnt taste like coffee, what coffee shop have you gone into and it doesnt smelll like coffee? Well this place here, there is no hint of coffee smell what so ever, the employees here look like they hate their job, never greet you nicely, always have an attitude. Ive noticed a decrease in customers at this location, its always dead outside and inside except for the backgammon playing loud mouth older men who get water and spend all day taking up seats,. Been coming to this place for over 10 years and back then when jose was general manager and they had better employees this place was good. Dont waste your money here.

Chill little spot, can get packed quick, so pick a good seat. I was in a rush and didn't try any snacks, so I won't rate the food.

Caramel iced coffee was better than Starbucks

Stephanie is so good with customer service and perfectly made drinks. Better than any other Coffee bean I have been to. My drinks are awesome and perfectly made each and every time.

Go in at opening time and you find 3 cheerful girls taking your order and making your coffee with a smile. Wednesday morning just got better with coffee bean on 6/4/25. Thank you coffee bean.

Another clean and relaxing CBTL location. Parking was easy. Indoor and outdoor seating. Got excellent service from supervisor Max. He was very friendly and welcoming. And my Americano was as good as always.

Good coffee.

Was there yesterday to for my first too good to go order. It's around 5:45 pm. Ordered iced latte and showed them my good to go receipt from my phone. Oh and before that I waited for several minutes -staff were just walking past me( only 2 customers on the tables). Finally the supervisor asked if I have the app , when I told him I dont,he just left the counter no explanation whatsoever.
Definitely not coming back to this place. Where's your customer service ? Unfriendly staff!
