First off the staff in the early morning are incredibly RUDE! The more costumers they have the rider they get. When they have multiple people ordering pastries and such they do a bunch at once then yell out what they are. Then it's a free for all and if your lucky maybe 3 pairs of dirty hands will have dug into the bag to see what's inside it. No system of matching an order to the customer.The best part is the wait, I mean who doesn't like waiting for an ice tea and coffee cake for 20+ minutes and the ice tea is already made. Get cup add ice and pour. I would skip this place if you are in a hurry, I saw 2 people in like just walk away after 10 minutes of no one taking orders at the register.......

I honestly consider that this coffee shop has the best service in town, people is very attentive and well organized, their restrooms are clean and smell good. Their Not Sugar Added drinks are a plus for people on keto diet as well as diabetic people, specially their Not sugar added vanilla ice blend is a must have.

The only thing that makes this place looked bad are the "men" who comes here, sits on the patio, and smoke their lungs out! To the fact that there are multiple signs of "NO SMOKING" plastered on the wall!I mean come on, cant you read?! Does it makes you feel like a man sitting there sipping your coffee and smoke the hell out while near the entrance doors? What if someone is allergic to cigarette smoke? At least smoke across the parking lot! Geez!
My go-to location for not only convenience but the great staff who always make my drinks to perfection!

The coffee and food were fine. The service was horrible. The cashier with the heart tattoo on her face was extremely rude. She yelled at us for not responding fast enough, then tried to play it off as a joke. Her behavior was obviously condoned by the manager, who was standing directly behind her. When we picked up our drinks, the barista was no better. She was put out because we wanted to confirm the order. Will not be back.

This location is horrible. I waited for 7 mins nobody said I will be right with you, and they acted like they were busy doing things and there was two cashiers and I believe one of them could've took my order. This is horrible. I had to leave because I couldn't wait another 5- 10 minutes for them to take my order. Customer service should be higher on this location.

Unfortunately, this place does not care about his customers ,care about 0,25 cent .***If you want water to drink, they ask you for 0,25 cent .***if you want go-to restroom, they ask for 0,25 cent .***if you want to change your phone, they ask you for 0,25 cent .If you want ...if you want ....0,25 cent, it's shame .Never Starbucks ask for 0.25 cent if you ask them for water....Unfortunately, bad service and their manager her behavior is very bad with the customer ,also customers run away from this store or this 0,25 cent .There one guy he's name Mr.Jeremy he us anice guy he respect the customers he is behavior very nice always you see his smile and he has good relations with the customer, I see all customers respect him ....thank you Mr.jermey ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️.But other stuff is too much tough ?.

These guys are so cool and kind. Just now dropped off some food for them as a Uber driver. When ordering an ice coffee at them, they didn't take my money and even sent me tips online.
