I’ve never met someone so miserable and argumentative when taking my coffee order. To the point I asked her if it’s a problem I can go elsewhere. Go to Starbucks in Target instead.

It’s Feb 28 2:40pm, there was some 2 girls working and a guy with a nose piercing. My sister and I were just waiting to see what we wanted to order hence why we didn’t approach them yet until we were ready. The girl who was on the registered looked at my sister in a weird way but my sister brushed it off. As we approached to order the two girls looked at each other and laughed. Not sure what the hell was funny since my sister had just ordered a small matcha. This entire interaction made us feel so weird so my sister said nevermind because their customer service was terrible and they treated us weird.

I've been to this location multiple times early in the morning and on more than one occasion I have seen the girl working the cash register plucking her eye brows. So disgusting and unhygienic. Definitely would avoid this location

Bad service, the young workers they have working there are rude. I literally asked a question, and they just walked away. They're just standing there talking bad about the costumers. It sad because I really love coffee bean.

We stopped by here before leaving Glendale Mall because my wife wanted her drink here. There not many Coffee Beans around anymore so when she sees one, she wants her drink. This Coffee Bean booth is right at the entrance if you're coming from the Americana. The line wasn't too bad during the afternoon. She was able to put in her frap drink which didn't take long to come out. She enjoyed it and was happy we stopped by.
