I last came here during their anniversary night when drinks were supposed to be buy one, get one half off, but I was still charged full price for each. The server only gave me the total without an itemized receipt, which felt intentional.
I’ve been here four times and the vibe is really inconsistent. Two visits were great, low lighting, soft music, a chill atmosphere where you can relax. The other two times, the music was blasting pop so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation.
Between the billing issue and the hit-or-miss atmosphere, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. It’s too bad, because when it’s good, it’s a great spot.

Disappointing drinks. Don’t be deceived by the cute parrot cup because it tasted so wrong. The night my friend and I went, there was a huge group partying and dancing there and made it hard for us to have a quiet chat.

Wish I could say I enjoyed this place. The drink portions were very tiny and overpriced. When my boyfriend voiced his concerns on a yelp review, the owner was extremely unprofessional and rude and passive aggressive. No one picks up the phone. The vibes are just ehhh. I would definitely not support a place that doesn’t want to give back to its customers or even apologize for us not having a positive experience. I would second-guess coming here if I were you.

You know. I gotta say, this bar would be perfect if it wasn’t for the terrible customer service. The ambience is great, the security guards are awesome but the bar tenders, the older female one especially, is rude and very inattentive! Plenty more bars in Glendale to have fun at but this one ain’t worth it cause the alcohol is overpriced and the service is subpar.

Got an opportunity to sit down with the manager. The place is beautifully designed, a beautiful bar with a few options for table seating.
I loved the drink selections here! There were actually a few selection for non alcoholic and I have been doing a dry January.
Bartenders were friendly and helpful to find the drink that fits the moment.
Parking is great nearby and plenty of options for walkable food nearby

The place is cool I went for my friends birthday recently a week ago however the music is way too loud that's something they need to tweak and if there having reserved areas toward the DJ they need to invest in some rope barricades & a small stand up sign that says reserved party or something because random people from the bar were coming to my friend's reserved party area these small things are fixable I just hope they implement them.
