Made an order for pickup - ended up having to go back to the store because they managed to mess up every item of my order and a lot was missing. Even though I had proof of my purchase on Uber eats, the manager argued that they made no mistake and cannot give me the rest of my food. Didn't end up getting the correct order, but I sure got a lot of attitude. Also, for some reason the fiestas were 1/3 of the original size. At the location on California, I would get 3 times the amount for the same price. The two fiestas I got had almost no sauce and very little cheese. I would stick to the California location

Disclaimer: I ate here when I was growing up 55 years ago. I happened to be in town and thought I'd check it out. Back in the day it only had burgers and fries. Now it has burgers, fries, burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Everything comes in a variety of sizes and add-ons, especially the fries. I was frankly surprised to see The Hut in the same place and most of the same condition that I knew it decades ago, but it was a pleasant surprise.

The food preparation is inconsistent. I always order this item and sometimes they put whole pieces of bacon instead of chopping it up like they usually do, sometimes they soak my fries with an excessive amount of dressing, or sometimes its completely dry with no dressing on them at all. I ALWAYS write notes on my orders to clarify these past issues and they still manage to skip over the notes and do what they feel like it. I've even called to talk to them over the phone about the issue. I don't get it. Are they intentionally trying to lose a customer?

I've only eaten at the Sunland/Tujunga area location. Their carne asada burritos and tacos are delicious. I have eaten from them 4 times and they knock it out of the park every time. all their food is good and for a great price. very good
