I ordered a hamburger. The meat was so bad I even ask if it was a fake meat. Ordered drink and when I went to the fountain they didn't have ice I asked them to fill the machine n they said the machine did it by itself that I just need to wait. I ate n before leaving checked for ice but nothing. N this is not the first time. They should let their customers know before ordering their drinks that they don't have ice. Sorry but I don't like to drink warm beverages Habit 😖

I love me some Habit Burger…BUT Every. Single. Time. my order is wrong. It does not matter if I order at the kiosk or at the counter. If I order no cheese, I get cheese. If I order onion rings, I get fries. I order a drink, no cup. I’m starting to take it personally.

I visited this burger place and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is very pleasant, everything is clean and tidy. The staff is polite and attentive, they served quickly and with a smile. I had the chicken sandwich, and it was simply amazing! Fresh ingredients, juicy meat, and a crispy bun — everything was top-notch. I will definitely come back again!

We did a take away order here. They messed up the order by missing a burger, which meant that we had to go back and pick it up. Nothing complementary provided to make up for the mistake.
It’s 9:58 pm on 9/27/24 and one of the workers behind the counter is drinking from his water bottle while making food. He did not change his gloves. Unsanitary behaviors.

I was very disappointed to not find any evidence of basil pesto on my sandwich. There was nothing that resembled the green shmear in the pictured advertisement. When I brought back half the sandwich (and the 1/2 / 1/2 onion rings/sweet potato fries which I had asked to be extra crispy and came out cold), I was told that the store did not offer refunds and would make me a new sandwich. I did not want a new sandwich, I wanted a refund. The manager continued to say they do not offer refunds, that I should have brought back the whole sandwich, that there was pesto and I SHOULD NOT EXPECT ANYTHING TO LOOK LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT. I had come back to the store because I figured they would remember me since I had been polite and personable when I first came in. They did recognize me. All was going well until I made it clear I wanted a refund. I provided the food as evidence, I provided the video and photos. I asked for a refund in person so as not to escalate. The rudeness I received is what leads me to this post.

My friend and I took a quick trip from San Diego to Glendale to be on a game show. After seven long hours on set with almost nothing to eat, we decided on burgers at Habit for dinner.
I'm doing Keto, and asked for a burger with no bun. The cashier asked if I wanted a lettuce wrapped burger at no extra cost. I was elated! And the price was $7.99, in line with fast food places but better in every way
The choice of iceberg would not have been my first choice, but it was so good! The meat had good texture and flavor and the cheese was top quality.
I probably wouldn't go back to Glendale for a burger, but now that I know that Habit is Keto friendly, I'll be a regular at my local Habit Grill.
