Love me a habit burger and this was my first time at this location. One thing that stood out was one employee named Juan. Welcoming every one walking in. Walking around asking customers if they needed anything else and overall service you wouldn’t get at most fast food establishments. 10/10 employee

Liz is a amazing employee she made my day and she was so kind I believe that she she be promoted and given a raise she is very positive and professional and really kind I can’t emphasize how wonderful she is!!!! She definitely deserves a promotion and a massive raise

Love this place and the variety. I always try something new and its always good.
I recommend the teriyaki burger but substitute a grilled chicken. Also, the patty melt is v.good.

The issue I have with habit burger is the way they handle their on line ordering process :
1. You Can’t order a day in advance and have to place your online order the day of - this is super inconvenient especially when you have to organize your business a day before and take care of your lunch orders a head of time . I provide lunches for my offices few times a week and need to plan things ahead of time not on the day of !
2. Your on line orders can only be up to $175 per transaction- often times I have a large order and need to call 2x to place my order …
Why not one time and be done ? Super inconvenient especially!!!
3. If you place your order and need to make an adjustment to your order , YOU CANNOT!!!
When you try calling the local store number
( someone in the call center answers ) they tell u you need to go online and Email them … why ?
You have a customer care line for a reason …
I placed an order online and since I had to make 2 x separate orders for a lunch order of $400 … I made an error on the time to pick up for my first order - I tried calling the local store to be told : they Can not help me and I need to email - I couldn’t take the time to email so I picked up cold boxes of burgers and fries - … I don’t understand why the call center couldn’t call the store to adjust my pick up time !!! Or allow the customer to make adjustments on line - your system needs updates.
So please make adjustments to make your ordering process , it’s time to change !
Otherwise , you have one of the best burgers in town!

The new combo menus are great!
The food: I ordered a combo with 1/2 Santa Barbara (a double cheese on sour dough- my go to), small salad, drink and nuggets. $10 is fair.
Nuggets: just like Wendy’s EXCEPT, one was cut down the middle. When I asked why the staff told me it was to make sure it cooked all the way through. It looked gross.
Salad: limited dressing options (no Italian or Blue Cheese)
Burger: The “1/2” burger is really a single that doesn’t cover the bun. NO CHEESE?!? It’s only one patty not two. The patty was not even room temp and tough.
Understaffed and messy (all empty tables were a mess)
I used the self-order kiosk and staff didn’t give me the ordered salad dressing, sauces or napkins.
Habit found a bunch of ways to cut costs and make my meal a real bummer.

Habit is my go to burger place and this is my preferred location. However, I'm not here to review the great food.
This is more of a heads up to the franchise. I ordered the Santa Barbara char which is a thick burger. When I took the second bite to the first half, my mouth was greeted by the toothpick hidden within all the deliciousness. It wasn't in the middle of the burger nor was it long enough to stand out above the thickness. It didn't hurt me, but it was a surprise. I order the regular char burger more often than not and there's no way I'd remember that the SB has toothpicks, especially when I'm digging into it when I'm so hungry like today. LOL!
Anyhow, someone else is likely to make a bigger deal out of it, especially if the toothpick does poke them enough that it hurts or makes them bleed. So, my dear Habit, I'd suggest longer toothpicks and that the cooks place them properly in the burger. Someone can sue for something like this and likely win. Crazy times. LOL

oh, and $4.79 for green beans should call for a fuller amount. Sorry, I had to throw that in there. LOL 😆
