I was going over to a family's house and needed a bakery to get some sweets to take over and came across this bakery via Yelp search. It's a stand alone little family owned bakery. Walked in and was greeted by this super friendly Armenian owner and she helped me right away to get a box of pre-packed birds milk pastry. They were soooo delicious! The inside is chill and nothing fancy. They also have Barbari and other things you can order and buy. I just loved the lady/owner. Wish I got her name. Friendliest person I've met in a long time. I wish I got photos but I was in a hurry and didn't have time. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great pastry and service.

My mom went to this bakery yesterday to purchase some bread and pastries. There was a discrepancy between a price of a same pastry. My mom asked why the other one is more expensive and the worker said because it is just came after the oven and it is hot!?!?!?! So my question is if I come back in an hour can I get that cold and cheaper? Please stop give people some BS like that and work more instead of doing a highway rubbery. This is not acceptable at all. I will make sure to not buying anything from your store nor my mom and friends and family included. Respect people.

A hidden Glendale gem . Nice family owned bakery. Friendly staff , good delicious treats and most of all reasonable prices. Robert and his family are very accommodating and nice. Do yourself a favor and try this place!!!!

My first visit to Unique Bakery, and I'll be back frequently. My first impression, the gracious lady behind the counter in an apron, was warm, inviting, knows how to start a conversation, asked if family was safe, thanked me for wearing a mask, and was the sweetest person behind a counter, that I've encounter. Now to the desserts. They are delicious, prices were surprisingly low and they serve sandwiches too! They open early, my next work breakfast snack..this is the place I'm going!
