My child and I are trying out local places every Saturday morning and today we set our sights on V Boulevard Cafe. This is a nicely decorated small restaurant that's probably a well-kept secret by the people who live in the area. There's a sign for parking behind, but the open spaces weren't ones I could shove a minivan in and then you're in to the neighborhoods with limited parking. The curb out front is painted for short (30m) stops, so plan to park a block ahead or behind, or across the street because this is a nice place to linger and enjoy your food. There's indoor and outdoor seating. I have the french toast which was really great and a very nice vanilla latte. My child had the make-your-own sandwich and hot chocolate that they really liked. Mine came with sausage (rich and flavorful) and eggs (I had "over hard" and would try a different method next time) and theirs came with hashbrowns. We both agreed that next time we'd definitely order them crispy as they were very soft and we left them behind. It was $47 + tip for the two of us. That felt a little bit high, but maybe that's just the state of things these days, and the food was good, the restaurant was pleasant and the service was great, and it's a small local business, so maybe that's an OK price? If I would give them one piece of advice - for part of our visit there was instrumental music in the front of the house and different music playing loudly in the kitchen. It was distracting while trying to converse. I didn't have a problem with either music, but maybe pick one. I would definitely try more of their menu, perhaps a future breakfast date with my wife.

Very unassuming place. If you don't see the people all piled up around here in the morning, you'd easily pass this place by. Not bad though. Pancakes are fluffy, and the bacon is nice and crispy. Can't complain! I'd like to try their other breakfast stuff when I get a chance.

When I was looking up restaurants in the area, there was a lot to choose from in this place offered reservations. Well we must have come at the right tibecause it wasn't too crowded but the food was just amazing and the service was great and there's outdoor and indoor area to enjoy our meal. I will definitely come back here because all of the selections were great and Our waitress was fantastic!

My wife and I happen to be passing through Burbank/Glendale and we’re looking for a little café to grab some breakfast. This happened to be close by and we parked in the neighborhood (which is actually quite lovely) and we were delighted to find a perfect little café run by very nice people with high-quality food and nice atmosphere. If you happen to be in the area I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.

This place has excellent coffee! Better than Starbucks or Peet's. My eggs Benedict is good but I don't really care for their hash brown. On the receipt it says Arts Boulevard Cafe, maybe an owner or name change? Anyway, it's a nice small cafe tucked away from the main tourist part of Glendale. Nice
Man. Not a lot of places that I’ll write a review about but the food and customer service here reminds me of the charm of eating local. I recommend the french toast!

What a gem! If you're looking for fresh homemade food look no further than V boulevard cafe! We were paroozing yelp and decided to give this place a try, so glad we did. No kidding, everything's made from scratch. The coffee was amazing, food was fresh and service was great!

We decided to sit outside to have our meal on victory. First a very friendly and kind waitress came out to get us water and get us settled. We had a vegan at the table and she was satisfied with her order. A vegetarian who also was very happy and the meat eater. They ordered vegan and vegetarian scrambles. I ordered eggs Benedict. It was light and fluffy and creamy and delicious. I also got a cappuccino, they got black coffee, and we were very satisfied with the quantity and the quality of the food that we ordered. The food arrived fairly quickly. It was hot and delicious and I am going to bring my sister back here to have either breakfast or lunch. It’s nice having a family style but very high-quality food when you sit down today. Like I said, I will be returning, and the only reason why I gave them four stars is, I’m always in love with decor. Try it please.
