We hosted my brother's 40th birthday party at Vertigo and we couldn't be happier. This is my second time renting this venue, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. Management was so accommodating and professional as always. Michael and TJ, thank you again for making our event possible. You even remembered my preferences from my first event so it made everything extra smooth & even easier. All the guests are still raving. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous—clean, well-maintained. The lighting and layout create such a vibe so unique in comparison...
Great location. A bit gaudy, but it's still nice. They don't need to try so hard to make it fancy. Sometimes (most) less is more. Service was fine, banquet style Service. Do not expect Cheesecake Factory smiles, more like tire factory smiles. They are not rude but not talkative. Don't be offended by quiet service people. The bartender and server did their job and made no mistakes. I couldn't aak for more.
