The amber (Valkyrie) was great. German-style so a little on the brown and nutty side but legit. Regardless the service was amazing and cemented this spot as a definite ‘return-to’ destination.
Delicious food and great selection of drinks. Try the pizza and the pork rinds.

Dietary restrictions: I went while on a strict restrictive diet of what I can eat. Not only was there a large selection but they were also very accommodating.

When we first walked the sign said do self seat. That said no one was at the front to seat us. So we sat down in a booth and a lady came over and cleaned the only booth available for us. We then sat for 15 more minutes before any one came over to ask for an order or offer a menu. No bueno. I would not recommend this for a quick bite or beer. But my wife made me give it a 4
