They didn’t have the hot dog bites ready and the girl said it will take 20 to make if I place the order and I ordered them and they didn’t even start make them they continue making two trays of pretzels 🥨 instead of rushing my other.. I was so disappointing.. the guy said I will start making them soon with attitude it will take 30 minutes 😳

Not only was my pretzel hard as a rock, with cheese dip it was just shy of $10. Insane.
Every time I get wetzels I am disappointed. This one tops it’s all. Never eating a wetzels pretzel ever again.

So Billie Eilish gets to tromp into here, slink behind the counter and totally down the tasty pretzels in this joint. I seen it. And everything. Someone full-on got it all on video. And everything. But that was my dream! I had that dream before she was born. First: Skip tra-la into the lower Southwest end of the Galleria. Near where Red Robin used to be! In my dream I eat every burger ? and French fry in the place! They should really bring Red Robin back. Then I stumble out of the Red Robin. Big sigh. Look longingly at the Kay Bee Toys across the way (They should bring back Kay Bee Toys, too!). Then I waddle (in my dream, my waddling is very enchanting and for some reason Stevie Wonder's "Sir Duke" is playing in the background. That's one brilliant tune! But I digress!) And then I cruise over to the food court! In my dream, the giant clock is still at the foot if the escalator! And I glide into Pizza Pete's ?! I eat every marinara sauce-slathered slice they have. Heave another satisfied sigh. The I truck to Hot Dog ? On A Stick and empty it of hot dogs and those sweet lemonades! Then saunter out of the door into the misty parking garage as trumpets play and cherubs salute my arrival! That was my dream! My dream! That Billie Eilish got to live out. As nice as it may be, I can't transfer that dream to Eagle Rock Plaza! Should have happened for me first! My dream! Nerts!

Went for a pretzel before the movies, they ddnt have dog bites. Just the whole wrapped dog. And refused to cut it for me. Literally told me they would give me a fork n knife. So I got the pepperoni instead. She said yea we have one right here. It came out fast. It cost almost 10$ and when I recieved it I took a bite only to find out that the Pretzels were super greasy and oily. Unbearable to eat. Super oily on my fingers when u took a bite the oil came out of my mouth. Disgusting. Train your staff better. If it's just a paycheck to you. then u have the wrong job. Or at least act like u care. I used to work at a pretzel place and they have to be fresh and grease free can only stay in the glass case for 7 mins max.

Anyone expecting a real German pretzel will be disappointed. But for an American pretzel it is very good. Be sure to enjoy it hot

Every time I went to wetzels and ask for dog bites they say : we don’t have yo have to wait about 30 min30 min later I’m there and again they say you have to wait 40 minLiterally every time they don’t haveIf the have they gave them burned

So I know they have quite a few stands at the mall but Never ever go to the location where blaze pizza is, yesterday I purchased a wetzel dog along with the original bites and the wetzel dog was raw INEDIBLE!! The dough was slimy, I didn’t notice until I was out the store due to the policy, I was on the freeway when I took a few bites and noticed. I called the store immediately and explained what happened but was told that they weren’t able to do anything for me since I didn’t have a receipt when I wasn’t given one to begin with.I was also told to drive all the way back so my item can be replaced but I find that super unnecessary that I would have to take time out of my day to go back for something they failed to do.UNACCEPTABLE
