Anyone expecting a real German pretzel will be disappointed. But for an American pretzel it is very good. Be sure to enjoy it hot

It has been years since I had a pretzel so I decided to get one while I was returning stuff at the Glendale Galleria. Pretzels are still as good as I remember from years ago. Definitely brings back so many childhood mall memories. There was a bit of a line when I arrived but it moved very fast even when there was only one person working the stand. Service was really good and efficient. This stand was in the middle of the mall near the food court and it was a little hectic with the foot traffic but overall solid pretzel spot. You really can't not stop by if you get a whiff of these buttery warm pretzels! Definitely a must!

BEWARE!!!! This review is for the kiosk on the first floor. Posted prices are not what one gets charged for. When I asked to have the price for the one that d, I was told its already pre-generated in their computer. Small glass of blue raspberry is $6.50!! They had cheesy bites listed, but was told they were only upstairs

The kid took 2 minutes to take order because he was too busy talking to his friend. He also ignored request for pizza sauce. He looked completely bored.

Every time I went to wetzels and ask for dog bites they say : we don’t have yo have to wait about 30 min30 min later I’m there and again they say you have to wait 40 minLiterally every time they don’t haveIf the have they gave them burned

I gave it one last chance at the same place. I don't eat red meat and I order the OG Pretzel (no meat). They gave me this salt less pretzel, tasted like cinnamon and sugar. Suddenly, there was a strange spice, a pepperoni! Last time I went there was a joke, this time I just am disgusted. Please take my advice, just don't order from the large one at the top. The others are less fish, but at least under control.
Have you guys tried the slushy? Blue one specifically it taste so bad . Maybe the filters dirty ??

I had never eaten fresh pretzels so I got treated to the cinnamon sugar bites here. It came out very warm, and was very soft. They were extremely generous with the sugar and cinnamon, but it was too sweet for me. Couldn't eat more than two at a time. This would be a 4.5 stars in flavor alone, but I couldn't believe it costed $10 for one serving - I could eat a whole meal with that much money. I wouldn't buy it myself.

Never have I ever experienced service SOOOOO SLOOOOWWWWWWWW. No joke, EVERY time I come here I have 1-2 people in front of me and I end up leaving after about 10 minutes still not getting to even place my order.
