If I could give 0 stars for their customer service, I would. I was served by Louis, and he was terrible. Even though we like the food, we would never come back here! He does not know how to deal with customers and how to serve in general.

5-22-21 @ 7:30 - I hope this was a fluke. My wife and children spent the evening at the Americana in Glendale. We generally like getting a bunch of snacks from here at other masks so after a few hours of shopping and walking around we came here.
The line was long the couple of times we passed by earlier. It was just as long this time when we were ready. No problem, or so we thought. We spent 45-minutes in line waiting to order. There must've been about 7 other customers before us. Finally, I get to the window to order. There are two employees inside and one of those was at the widow taking orders. Halfway through my order I can tell the employee is getting agitated - he blurps out something unintelligible and walks away from the window. I'm continuing to order when he returns and he stops me and says "that's all, your done". I thought he was asking if I was finished ordering so I continued placing the rest of my order. He cuts me of again and says "THAT'S ALL!" He gestures at the rest of the line as if I'm holding up the line. I began to feel like I'd better pay or else this guy is going to lose it. We pay and my wife tells me what about the water and drinks. He returns with the receipt and I tell him that I still need to order drinks. He snaps at me and shrieks "NO MORE!" I asked him at least let me order a few waters. He grabs one water. I don't have a choice in the matter. I know it's a first-world problem when I'm complaint about having to share one small water amongst the four of us, but here we are in Glendale CA paying for the decision we made of coming to this place.
Mind you, the venue was nearly packed, live music in the grass area, restaurants and shops buzzing with business. What a shame this was visiting Wetzel's Pretzels this time. I'll stay clear of here next time.
Just can't believe I got shut down ordering snacks as if I were at a bar getting drunk ordering up a storm. The only positive note from all this is that at least he saved me and my family's bodies from an extra 1000 or so calories!

This is the best Wetzel Pretzel. The owner keeps the place so clean and has the best friendly and helpful attitude. The pretzels are always fresh.

As I was waiting for my order, three females went into the small booth taking off their masks and spraying body spray on themselves and allowing it to spread all around the area where they prepare our food. They even went as far as to get drinks without their masks. This should not be allowed, especially during a time like this. While we are in a pandemic, we should take more precaution of our safety.
