Lugged in the whole family at 8:15 on a Sunday night. Decent amount of folks eating, good sign - stood and waited to order. Mind you, online and on the door it says closed at 9:00.
After a solid ten minutes, somebody from the back came and said to me that they were closed… and that it was online only. Despite that right before we entered, I saw a woman taking a different dude’s order.
Makes no sense. Wanted to give these guys my money. Nah. Took the dollars elsewhere and went for a chain burger. Bummer, as it seemed great - but those hours need to be fixed ASAP.

This is one of the best spots for delicious burritos and fries with toppings of your choosing. They have so many options on the menu including burgers and tacos as well as quesadillas. The food is super tasty and always fresh even if you order delivery. The price is great too. You get tastier and more food for less. I have not gone to Chipotle for burritos since discovering The Great White Hut. Overall, a fantastic place for food.

I ordered online delivery. My driver waited there for 30 minutes and they wouldn’t give him any information. I had to have my driver hand the phone to a worker. They told me someone else took my food a long time ago and they won’t remake them because the stealing happens 2 or 3 times with all delivery orders and the owner tells them to not remake anymore. This means that you have a safety issue on your end. All other places give out delivery orders only when the driver tells the clients name. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. Either fix it or remake the food as many times as it takes if ur willing to just let it get stolen.

I used to live in this neighborhood, and I know how challenging it is to operate a restaurant here. The management and staff of this place are among the best—very professional and experienced individuals. They always provide great service and great food. They should be very proud of themselves.
