This has been my go to location for quite awhile, but quality has drastically gone down. It sucks to pay $50 on a meal for 2 and have the wings come out so tiny I can eat them in one bite. Not to mention the CONSISTENT lack of sauce and fry quality. Customer service is decent, but Wingstop needs to up their game again if they want to continue raising prices.

It’s not okay when you came to pick up your order and you feel that employees don’t care about it. It was on March 2, 2025 around 5 pm. I asked a girl, if my order ready, she rang to check and when she came back, she didn’t let me know if it’s ready or not. I said okay, hope it was a guy, I believe he’s a manager, and he told me that order will be ready in a few minutes.
I’ll check in with him every 15 to 20 minutes, he said it is still not ready because the running out of something. But it will be ready in two minutes.
After another 20 minutes waiting, it’s still not ready. I’m still here writing this review. It’s unacceptable.
I can’t believe what 6 person doing here if I need wait 40 minutes for fast food, hm ?

Every time I have ordered delivery from here there’s something wrong with the order. Past two time the soda was missing the soda syrup and it was just the carbonation, so it was undrinkable. Our last order was missing an item and the fries are always under-seasoned.

Absolutely disgusting the way this place operates, the worker giovanni was the most inhumane person ever, my brother walked to the drink machine to get water and he came around the corner and started accusing him of taking soda instead of water with an aggressive demeanor, continuing to take the cup out of his hands and shouting “you will never come back to this location again.” disgusting attitude, they are lucky that i am not pressing charges and taking this further than that

Jovanne ruined the experience with his horrible service, and we noticed him touching the food with his bare hands after leaving the employees restroom. When confronted he told us to not come back to this location if we don’t like the way they operate, I expected more from wing stop, absolutely unbelievable!

If I had the option to put no starts I would. My boyfriend and I came in on a Sunday to have some wings with each of our sisters and we all got food poisoning from this place!!! Stay away!! It was the most horrendous thing we have ever experienced

I just picked up two orders or 20-pc boneless meal deal. The guy who took my order was rude and the rest of them. No greeting or anything. All ghetto and stare at you like you did something wrong to them. No customer service at all as in zero. The place smells bad too. Like body odor. Not coming back here ever. Not recommended.

Wingstop here in Glendale is fine only go there once in awhile either after work or days off. The staffs are very nice including manager Gerardo which he's super brilliant and organized. Recommend to go there Monday-Thursday which is not busy usually Friday-Sunday is busy if it's the sporting event including the Superbowl as well.
