When I came in begging to use the bathroom and offering to buy whatever they wanted me to, a drink or anything they wanted the worker and then manager at 11:30pm on Tuesday 9/9/2025 wouldn't let me. Being over 60 I have a gluten intolerance so it was really cruel and humiliating. I do not recommend this establishment.

Terrible place ! They forget to send the entire order and when you call them they don’t refund nor do they offer to send it to you! Also the man answering my call was Luis ( pretty sure he lied about his name) because first he told me he is the manager then another person picked up the call and said they don’t have a manager. Also they hung up on me when I told them if they don’t send my order I will dispute the charge. Go to another location this place has messed up my orders for more than twice and I’m never going back. The Hispanics guy who is there and looks around 30/35 years old also doesn’t know how to speak with a customer and he speaks with utmost disrespect and said something in Spanish to me which I did not understand and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t something he was supposed to to say because as soon as he said that he hung up on me… terrible ! Please don’t go there so they don’t get the support !

Terrible Customer Service ,the restaurant was dirty, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. This was my first and last time ordering from this location . The poor quality food combined with terrible customer service made for an extremely disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on how they treat their customers. The owner should be hiring new employees

If you want your order to be wrong come to this wingstop. I never had such an issue with a wingstop until I came here. I ordered the 8 piece meal with 4 lemon pepper and 4 mango habanero but when I received my wings they gave me 3 original hot and 4 mango habanero. I called that same night and a nice lady answered the phone and stated that I would get credit and to come back anytime. I went the next day to receive another meal with my credit. I told the cashier that the manager Viviana told me I can get credit for a meal because they gave me the wrong wings. So they give me my food and they did not even give me the whole meal and only gave me 6 wings. I gave up after that because I just did not want to deal with it anymore. Worst wingstop ever.

The employees that worked June 4th at 8:08 need to be replaced as soon possible, I called various times and no answer, I show up to this location and when I walk in all three employees were standing around chatting about sexual activities in Spanish. I found this to be very uncomfortable and unpleasing I immediately walked out and decided to go to another wingstop location.I would doubt that this location will last long with these terrible group of employees .this needs to be brought to corporates attention immediately
