The food is good. We always order and pay online, and we go pick it up. Our order is always ready within the time given online. The girl at the front counter is very friendly. Parking might be difficult at certain times, but it is worth it to maybe park a little further and walk over there.
Portion sizes have immensely decreased at this location. My XL combo had mere strands of gyudon. For the most expensive option that advertises “50% more meat”, it was severely lacking.

Yoshinoya tastes amazing. There's actually no need to review this place. Except...there is no longer any coleslaw and orange chicken. It would be great if they put that back on the menu. As well as if Google enabled a daily percentage of how great the food taste that day.

Soda fountain machine wasn't working at the time mid December, luckily there was a liquor store next
We ordered 2 combo plate for take out..no line at this time abou 1030pm there were about Total of people dine in.Guy at the cashier takes the order lady in the kitchen prepares...it took this guy a the cashier as he is only server and cashier at the same approx 1/2 to give us our food. Why??.dishes were being washed floor was being mopped FIRST!!!before your customer who initially had paid for the food had to wait while all your other chores were done!!!..kitchen lady had all the food prep and ready to go but this guy had other priorities. Obviously..!.could've left but honestly hungry and long hard shift and don't want to deal with refunds etc!!..

Not sure why anyone is dining here right now just walked in and turned right around the place smells like a port a John which means it has a sewage problem even with a runny nose I can smell that. Yes no thanks not sure how anyone could sit and eat with that smell.

Man! Nathan Nathan Nathan! What a great employee,i'm a regular and he remembered my order, DID NOT let me give him a tip and after being so kind, he says "You're good man thank you" to my tip. What a kind guy. Please give this cashier a bonus or something. He's the best in customer service not just with me but other customers i've seen 10/10 thank you Nathan!

Went today with a friend just to relax a little bit and eat something after running some errands at around 11:30 this morning. There was a young guy taking care of a considerable number of people in line, most of them ladies. I was sitting at the table while my friend was getting the order, all of a sudden I heard some commotion and found out it was an argument between the young guy at the register and a coworker, or maybe she was the manager, I don't know. The thing is that I didn't hear what she was saying, but the young dude kept repeatedly saying "oh no, no, no, no", to lady, that I still believe is more the manager than just a coworker, just turn around babbling something and went to the back of the kitchen leaving the cashier very upset. What is really messed up is that he kept taking care of the customers while cursing about the job, all I heard him saying was "f*** this job" while taking this old lady's order. I mean, my complaint is more about the unprofessional way they argued in front of the customers instead of taking it to the comfort of their damn office. The guy was really cool until she came out and said whatever she said to him. Of all the years I've visited this specific place in Glendale this is the first time I see this happening. Everyone else is really nice and friendly. I hope they take care of this kind of issues in a better way in the future.

Seriously! I have been disappointed with this location before, but tonight?! Tonight is what tops all of the few times I've gone where this location gets weird with the amount of beef the cook barely puts on top of the overflowing amount of rice! Geez! See for yourself! Check out the picture that I attached.
