Bad service. After long wait in the line and ordering chicken tarna plate I waited another 15 minutes and when other people came and order after me and started receiving their orders I asked how much longer? They said to wait another 3 minutes it will be ready. After 5 minutes it is not ready I called manager and he said if you want I can tell them to make it in 3 minutes. WHAT A JOKE ! I said thank you enough is enough just give my money back and left. Just unorganized bunch of people.

Every time I come here the food is always good they have the best service they're nice and funny and is always clean everywhere even in the bathrooms is the best place you can go if you want something quick and healthy it's better than Chipotle easily the best place to eat if you want to quick and easy food

Ever time I come and visit my son at his college, normally i come within and my wife $200 food and drinks plus all the sweet this time the server Eddie O not only was so rude he got the order wrong got upset like if it was my fault. Did not make my experience good i don't feel like my family was welcome i believe this gentleman can not handle his job...is to much for him.

Customers who order for delivery and pay for drinks, please be aware that this restaurant doesn’t fill up your drinks, they hand empty cups to the drivers which is a health code violation! And against Doordash, Ubereats policy, drivers are not food prep or work for the restaurant, the workers there are responsible for handing the entire order to the driver, they also take food handling courses and have to wash their hands regularly which is why drivers are not supposed to prep your food. Just wanted to let you all know.
The food is still good but the price has gone up so much like everything else.

I’ve been eating Zankou Chicken since I had baby teeth and now that I’m grown, it’s still my go-to!! The food is always fresh, the chicken is juicy, and don’t even get me started on the garlic sauce… I’d put that stuff on cereal if I could. HAHA. I love that they’ve added new menu items lately, but the classics still hit every time. Yeah, sometimes you wait a bit, but that’s just the price of greatness. You don’t rush perfection especially when it comes with extra garlic!! :)
