I don't understand why my kids like this place so much. As for me I've really never liked BR.
One their ice cream is not the greatest and way overpriced. If you pay attention on the pints that are already packed for example on the gold medal ribbon they hardly put any caramel in it, they also do this for other flavors of ice cream.
Now when you're in the store the ones they serve you there those do have lots of caramel, so I'm not sure if this is done purposely by BR but really not worth the money when they skimp out. Personally I choose Rite-Aid over BR any day of the week, better quality and quantity of ice cream and a lot less expensive.
Again only reason I go here is for the kids. Another big takeaway is they asked you do you want a kids scoop or regular scoop lol!
I'm like come on man you're already overpriced now you want to charge me more for a regular scoop.
$11.48 for TWO scoops of ice cream in a cup, nothing else. One child's and one regular and the price board was turned off. You can buy TWO 1/2 gallons of ice cream at the grocery store for this price. We're done coming here.
Absolutely disappointed with my visit to the B-R at 856 E Rte 66 in Glendora yesterday afternoon 7/13/2024.
We took our kids for a fun ice cream treat, but the experience turned sour thanks to the unhelpful clerk.
We ordered 3 waffle bowls with 2 scoops each for the kids. Instead of handing them properly to the children at their height, a female clerk passed the ice cream bowl over their heads across the counter. This awkward maneuver forced my child to reach awkwardly, resulting in the bowl flipping and ice cream spilling all over the floor.
To make matters worse, the female clerk refused to replace the dropped ice cream. She simply said there was "nothing she could do" and suggested we reorder if we wanted ice cream. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering a friend had a similar experience with their child at another Baskin-Robbins location, where the clerk immediately replaced the dropped ice cream for free.
The entire interaction with this female clerk was unpleasant. She had a cold demeanor throughout and showed no concern for our ruined ice cream outing.
This is not the kind of service you expect, especially at a place known for bringing smiles with delicious ice cream. Because of this experience, we'll definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
$12.50 for 2 single scoops and one had sprinkles. The problem is and was that the scoops are literally tiny scoops and it feels like a complete ripoff every time. Totally feels like the owner makes the workers give the smallest scoops possible lol. Too bad… for the customers
I went here with my son and my mother in law on Tuesday 6/18around 2:45pm My son is 2 and has never been inside of a Baskin Robbin's and this store in particular made it a very bad experience! There was 2 people working that i could see and the guy wanted to rush us to get something and get out ! My son picked up one of the advertisements on the table and said "thats not a toy, put it back" So we brushed it off . I paid for the ice cream then he went to give it to us but my mother in law had her back to him and he rolled his eyes at her and said something to his coworker who was a girl . My response was " relax he's just a kid ". If you don't like kids maybe pick a different job. I know ice cream isn't just for kids but a lot of the stuff they offer is towards kids. You're getting paid to do a job. Don't rush us in n out ! It was a terrible experience and I will not be going back ! We definitely felt like we could not eat there so we left . The room was unsettling so we will go somewhere else for ice cream next time !

Very impressed with the level of service I received here at this Baskin Robbin’s in Glendora! I accidentally put in two orders for the same cake on the app, and immediately called into the store to ask for assistance. Mikayla picked up and understood my issue right away, and then called me back after ten minutes, telling me her boss would ensure that the correct amount be refunded and only one cake made. The refund was processed within 48 hours as promised, and the cake was ready and exactly as I ordered upon pickup. The cake was a bit smaller than I expected, but did end up feeding the amount of people that the website said it would. I would definitely order from this location again!

Unfortunately- had a bad experience. Was unable to receiving a tasting of the seasonal flavor, yet there is so hype about it. My daughter wanted to try it for her birthday so we went along with it; however, she didn’t like it at all. We asked for a replacement and the service person asked for the cone back and served a new flavor on the new cone. This is a Health Code no-no and when I asked the so called manager on-duty why the service person did it she was extremely condescending about it and said that’s what the owner wants. Well, satisfying consumers over a small rinky-dinky scoop evidently isn’t important. When I reached out on their website, its impossible to email on ‘contact us’ which I also odd and must be their corporate culture - difficult or not willing to connect with a customers where and how they want to be connected in the 2020s

Talk about dealing with the mean girls of Glendora. I went to pick up my order I placed on line. My husband went in first to get order the wanted proof or order, ok fair enough I gave him my phone showing the order number I was given when I placed my order. They refused to give him my order because they needed my name.i went in asking what the problem was, I told her my name and showed her the order confirmation on my phone. She was about to give me attitude so I just ignored her took my order and left. Never going back. There are other places that sell ice cream.
Used to be the best, but now ice cream softer than soft-serve! Dinghy.
