Talk about dealing with the mean girls of Glendora. I went to pick up my order I placed on line. My husband went in first to get order the wanted proof or order, ok fair enough I gave him my phone showing the order number I was given when I placed my order. They refused to give him my order because they needed my name.i went in asking what the problem was, I told her my name and showed her the order confirmation on my phone. She was about to give me attitude so I just ignored her took my order and left. Never going back. There are other places that sell ice cream.

Just came here with my 2 year ago daughter!! The guy, who help us was not only cute, nice, and patient with my daughter and allow her to choose the ice cream without rushing her !! He waited patiently!! Ask if we would like to try anything!! Very knowledgeable about his ice cream, my daughter doesn't like the ice cream to be too sweet I explain to him asking if there is any!! He took us to the second ice cream case and said this one is less sugar because it all natural!! I did taste the real strawberry on the "very strawberry " which was amazing, there there is a small sitting area, but was perfect!! Place is very very clean!! You can look at the outside while eating the ice cream!! It is very busy place but he managed to keep the flow going and still have a conversation with each one of the customerOnce again, this appearance was amazing for my daughter. We will come back again.

If you're looking for snacks during the hot summer or just craving some ice cream, then this is the place to be! There's a bunch of flavors to choose from which could be difficult for indecisive people like me (the flavor of the month is a safe bet). But you can always ask the very polite, accomodating staff for some samples! Also, besides ice cream, the cakes here are wonderfully made. A must try for sure.In other words, ice cream shop is very cool

Worst place to get ice cream. They are so unorganized here, the staff is always confused and there is no way to form a line so they skip people around. When they mess up your order and you tell them, they ask for you to pay for another one because they already served it. If you charge me for add ons and you grab the wrong ones, how is that my fault? If you make a mistake, then just acknowledge it instead of telling me if I want to pay for the add ons again because you can't take the ice cream back. I'm not asking for a discount, I'm asking for what you charged me for.

Good ice cream BUT now they make you pay extra for a cone! I feel this is embarrassing for the price of this ice cream. I just used the cup and spoon provided; I'm sure that was so much cheaper than a cone. :(

Staff here are always friendly, communicative, and respectful. Customer Service here is professional and place is super clean. Ordering online is offered. Great time saver!
Usually come here instead of La Verne location. This location actually includes all toppings for layered sundaes. A two scoop sundae on the other hand is way too expensive for how much they gave. Got 2 different 2-scoop sundaes (total around $16). The size of the 2 scoops was really the size of one. Definitely not worth getting again or wasting your money. Two stars because the girl was nice and the space is very nice and updated.

Went in on a rainy day today, and I must say, the young man with beard, my apologies I didn't get your name, but your service made my day! Extremely helpful, informative, polite and just overall pleasant! I asked if the smallest of cakes can be written on due to odd shape, since it was for a birthday gift, employees response, "I can write on anything" with a confident smile! Very happy with results and his customer service was outstanding! Thank you!

Very disappointed with my banana royale. Very small amount of ice cream and whip cream. I asked for more and she barely put more on it. Don't go to this place. Drive to another location.
