My wife refuses to go to Blaze again. Our treatment at the LA Verne location sealed this fact. When we tried blaze at first, we were told the build your own pizzas were as much and as many ingredients that we want. A guy with pinkish hair die was rude to my wife for our last 2 visits. On our last visit this person and a young lady acting like the manager told us that we can't put as much or as many ingredients on their build your own pizzas anymore. As other customers left she said goodbye, but not to us. My wife reported this to their website. The website sent her a coupon for a free dessert which we will never redeem. Before this we've tried other locations that were never rude and disrespectful . I'm not sure if all locations don't allow customers to customers to build their own pizzas on build your own pizzas! To label pizzas BUILD YOUR OWN,and then telling customers that they can't is false advertising or very misleading at best, especially after being told numerous times that you can put on as much and as many ingredients that we want.

Really good, you get to pick all the sauces and toppings, the pizza is a personal one just for you, and the service was great.

We went there last night. We were greeted by a friendly employee. We ordered a gluten free build your own and a Herbivore. She accidentally added ricotta cheese to the Herbivore. She realized it and wanted to throw it out. I love ricotta and told her it was a great mistake and to leave it on. The gf pizza was a nightmare. A different employee brought out 3 regular crusts before bringing out a gluten free crust. We asked for the gf pizza to be cooked well. It wasn't. I understand people make mistakes, but bringing the wrong thing out 3 times is unacceptable. It was very unfortunate.. We frequent the Blaze pizza where we live quite often and have never had an issue.

Ask for extra toppings all they do is add a couple extra pieces. Ask for more and they look at you rude. Don’t understand why put toppings all in middle. High rise dough make sure it’s cooked . Mine came undercooked and very doughy . Very sad ,dough was overproofed and didn’t even make it as a round it was a square.

One out of our 4 pizzas (mine) was over-cooked, which seems to be happening more frequently here. I didn't know it was charred crust until I got home. Was still edible, but not especially good. Do have a good loyalty program, and often have special deals.

I ordered my pizza online as I have done in the past and have been to Blaze many times… they made my pizza wrong by putting the wrong cheese and it made me breakout into hives from an allergic reaction. I simply put in an online request just trying to get my money back at the very least, since I only had a few bites and had to throw the rest away. I got one response saying they would contact the store to see what they can do… 3 months later and multiple attempts to follow up, I have been completely ghosted and in the end I paid Blaze for a pizza to take a few bites and breakout in hives… TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

To preface: I worked here when this location first opened. I was on the opening management team so I don't say these things lightly
There were many issues that weren't small that occurred here after my visit today. (my first time revisiting my old store in many many years).
First some not so big issues but still issues nonetheles: 1) no one was wearing name tags 2) the oven was set to 100 degrees lower than what it should be 3)the oven was dirty AF on the outside and inside
Now for the big issues: 1)there was no glove change when grabbing the vegan cheese - he went in with his glove and did not use the scooper meant for the vegan cheese (big no no for allergies) 2)we ordered the fresh berry salad with the lemony balsamic vinegarette - they forgot - but gave it to us with no dressing on the side so I went up to ask for some dressing and they gave me balsamic glaze. I asked for the lemony balsamic vinegarette but they said the glaze was it - I know for a fact that it is not so I clarified that it was not and then they got the manager.
The manager said the same thing and had no idea that there was something different than just the glaze. I said I was going to have to ask for a refund then because that was the other half of the salad and since they didn't have it - I wasn't going to pay for something I wasn't going to eat.
WELLLLLLLLLL.... the manager was reluctant and argued that I was wrong about the vinegarette but eventually did process the refund.
3)THE BIG ISSUE SHE THE PUT THE SALAD THAT WE ALREADY OPENED AND HAD OUR FORKS IN BACK IN THE SMALL FRIDGE WHERE THE PREPPED SALADS GO
Not one smile from any of the staff. I was a bother to be there. Horrible customer experience!

Food is fine , but a very rude employee would only give us 2 ranch’s . Which is fine but we said we’re happy to pay for more and she declined. She said no you only get two. But the problem is the customer before us asked for 5 ranches and she gave it to him no problem. So her attitude was terrible and she refused to give us more even when we offered to pay .

I don't like to eat here because LaBron James owns Blaze pizza. I'm not a fan of his. This time, I went, and I love the toppings. The price was reasonable. It tasted good. The workers were ok, they weren't super nice but they did their job.

I ordered a build your own pizza at this location and can confirm this is an exemplary Blaze location. To start off, wait time was incredibly low, however I would wait a thousand life times for a pizza this perfect. The dough was perfectly baked, the cheese flawlessly melted, and my mix of sausage, olives, basil, onion and mushrooms created an exquisite experience for my taste buds. Thank you chef Seth, for this life altering pizza, and thank you Glendora blaze pizza for being the vessel in which this artist works. I promise you I WILL be back.
