Ordered my drink and in it asked for easy ice, noticed my order was next. She filled ice to about 3/4 when on the order receipt said “Less Ice” on the bottom portion so I kindly let her know I asked for easy ice. She replied with a snotty look that “it will go down when I add the milk tea. She then looked at me with attitude and went on without correcting my order. She then added my Aloe Vera and I kindly let her now I didn’t want that much ice. She then walked off with a second cup to the back very disrespectfully acting like she hates her job but not sure what she did back there?. When she came back to the front she started talking gibberish with a coworker because I made her correct my drink when to begin with it was on her order receipt. Don’t know why they hire employees like this. People like this just ruin businesses with their bad attitude and customer service. Lady at the register was nice and professional taking the order. Other chick not so much. 👎🏼

Great selection of drinks. The green thai tea is my favorite. But the boba isn't always fresh!Was especially disappointed today, since the worker told me they're making fresh boba, if I wanted to wait 15 mins. I said ok. When I got home and finally took a sip, the boba was hard and stale. What a waste of time. SMHMust I drive a little further to Uranus 27 for fresh boba!

Was my first time here and the drinks were delicious. Be warned that they are very sweet so adjust the sugar per your liking. They have a very large menu and they make the drinks super quick even if there is a line. Everyone is very friendly and kind!

We ordered several drinks tonight 07/02/23 in hopes that they would have done better than yesterday (read complete review) that were ALL messed up. We asked for additional sweetness In the drinks, all of them were bland. We asked for pudding in one, no pudding. We asked for boba in multiple drinks, NONE IN ANY OF THEM. And this was just today.We ordered drinks yesterday too and those were messed up and incorrect as well. Drinks are all watered down and definitely not the quality they used to be.I noticed that when the owner isn’t there, the quality of the drinks drops tremendously. With mistakes constantly being made, we just can’t seem to want to come back here anymore. The owner is best off firing everyone and hiring and training a new staff to reflect their business the way it should be.

Horrible service. The lady was super rude and sassy to me. I would never come back to this boba place again. I got a tarp boba yesterday and they messed up my order and did not put my boba inside my drink EVEN though i ASKED FOR IT TWICE. Then today i got 5 bobas and asked for boba in all of my drinks. And i asked a large for one of my drinks. My drink was super watered down and did not have any of the pudding. That means i paid more and i still got a regular. So i paid more and all my orders were screwed up. I will never be coming back again. The lady that was working here was super rude and disrespectful towards me the whole time. She was a blond caucasian woman with a bandana on.I will NEVER come back to this place ever again. If you see this. DO NOT COME. Because once the owners are not there working this place goes down the drain.If the owner sees this, talk to your employees about manners and etiquette.

So another person posted and said their half sweet was watered down… 100% accurate. I got the Suit and Tie and asked for 50% sweet, but what it tastes like is that they poured half the cup at 100% sweetness then added the other half with ice and water. I couldn’t even taste the tea - it just tasted like sweetened water.

Cute boba place inside Glendora Public Market. Went here on a weekend and it took more than 15 mins for us to find parking. Also had to wait 10-15 mins for my drink. Drink was okay. Nothing special. Not a lot of boba options in Glendora. I can’t say this is the best boba I tried, it isn’t the worst either. But yeah, it’s not bad.
