Great food especially if you can eat there. The buns get too soft/soggy on the drive home. -1 star for lackluster service.
Be open when you say you're open.
The chicken sandwich was tiny and bites of it were mostly breading. Overly priced and subpar from a previous experience here. I feel like the quality has dropped significantly since they originally opened here.
Bolo inside Glendora public market looksyummy. Employees working were not friendly and were kinda messy & all over the place! One of my girls wanted to try their chicken strips. Also ordered 2 bolo ube ice cream sammy's.Our eldest son already tried their chicken sammy and said it was good.So we figured the strips would be tummy too.Not the case this time the chicken was overcooked and fries tasted old AF!Now, the saving grace was the ube ice cream sammy's my girls said they were bomb!We might hit them up again in the future to see if maybe they were just having a bad day.
Horrible service. It took over 50 minutes to get my order and then they dumped old fries that had been sitting under a warmer for an hour into my box. When I complained, they simply said sorry and walked away. The fries were gross. Never going back there.
Not only was the food incredibly disappointing, the service was beyond poor. It outwardly seemed as though simply being there to eat was causing the employees to feel agitated and they acted visibly inconvenienced.Very disappointing experience all around.
Horrible. Bad service. Guy and girl there acted they they didn't want to serve us or were being inconvenienced. Sandwhich was stale when they finally gave it to me.I thought I'd also try their Ube but they're apparently always out.
Pineapple bun plus fried chicken -- great combination and surprised to not have seen it sooner. Portions can be on the small side, so would recommend getting some sides or some dessert after! The sauce id amazing and definitely makes the whole sandwich. Definitely worth a try!
I got the spicy ? chicken sandwich and some fries. That sandwich did not disappoint. An explosion of flavor and freshness. Never ever had a chicken sandwich like this . It was simply delicious. I will be coming back real soon . Oh customer service was also great. Jacob the manager made the sandwich to perfection. Also my niece loved the chicken tenders and she’s so picky. Fries so good too. A tiny wait, but worth the wait it was perfect. Team go get you some BOLO you need this in your life.
Best fried chicken in town! I eat here seven times a week.

I ordered the fried chicken Sando today. But I think the order that I got is “Burned” Chicken Sando. Also, the fried chicken is overcooked and very salty. It’s not worth to buy it. The only one thing that I like is their box.
Different take on the chicken sandwich here. The bread was on the sweet side. Not a big fan of that sweet and salty combination. Fries were super salty to the point that I thought I should check my blood pressure after.
I really wanted to like this place, but my experience was pretty mixed. The chicken was flavorful, but somewhat overcooked. The bun didn't hold up well with the sandwich as the top bun was falling apart when I got it. The fries were kind of off as well, which I'm pretty sure were undercooked. Props to the slaw and the sauce, though, those were flavorful and really made the sandwich pop.
What a disappointing Fried Chicken Sandwich, it honestly could've been better. The bread (bolo or pineapple bun) was cold, mushy, and doesn't have the traditional crunch to it. When you order a bolo bao (pineapple bun), it's supposed to be a crispy at the top and it tastes even better when it's fresh out of the oven. Anytime I visit family back in Hong Kong, the bolo bao's there are freaking amazing and I would always buy a few to take back to the states. I don't know where they get their bolo's from because it doesn't seem like they make it themselves but I honestly believe they should get it from Kee Wah Bakery. The ones they make are the closest ones to what they should taste like in Hong Kong, especially since they're marketing themselves to serve Hong Kong Butter Buns. Moving aside from the bun itself, the chicken was decent and spicy. Everything they had in between felt like a Bahn Mi sandwich with chili aioli sauce, on top of a spicy fried chicken. I really hoped it would taste as good as it sounds but it failed to live up to my expectations. Hopefully they can change the buns to something else because that really makes a huge difference.
4 star only because of price. A sandwich alone is 12$ which is obviously a very good sandwich but man I can get almost 3 popeye's sandwiches for that man. The sandwich is a 20 but the price is a nobrainer.
