```I had the most amazing experience at Carl's junior Glendora on grand today. The chicken sandwich deal 2 for $3 was a steal, and the sandwiches were juicy, crispy, and delicious. But what really made my day was the girl at the window. She had two cute pony tails and a bright smile, and she handled my complicated order with ease and efficiency. She went out of her way to make sure everything was done right, and she even gave me some extra napkins and ketchup packets. She was the best customer service representative I have ever encountered, and I will definitely come back to this place just to see her again. Thank you, Carl's junior, for making my lunch break a memorable one. You deserve more than five stars!```
Good grief, 12.50 for 3 small chicken tenders??? No fries, no drink. Is that just LA? Inflation? They were actually pretty good, but Cane's still has them beat in price and taste. So does every other chicken place. Oh yeah they were slow too.

My husband told the girls that there was no toilet paper and soap in the restroom and all they said was "OH"! My husband was in an electric wheelchair and after he told the girls about the restroom they didn't care. They need better service at Carl's Jr. It's sad to say but the supervisor needs to get on his workers. All they do is talk and talk instead of saying THANK YOU to my hubby WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. SMH ? ?♀️

The drive thru is the wrong way, so ordering is fine, but paying and getting the food is a hassle to say the least. The employees clearly know it's annoying but honestly don't get paid enough to deal with it.The food is typical Carls Jr-class fast food, so nothing good or bad there.
