Omg I have been coming to this place for almost 15 years and the food has always been the best but today I ordered albóndigas and it tasted like water! No flavor. I added salt, lemon and I just couldn’t eat it. To top things off, there were only 3 meatballs and they were hard and bland too. My daughter had a burrito and complained about the beans tasting bad. She never complains either. I asked the waitress if they had a new cook and she said it’s the same cook and still charged me for the horrible meal! I’m never coming here again! I have never complained in the 15 years I’ve been coming here but today was horrible and I just could not eat the soup cause it was the worst albóndigas soup I’ve ever had and the beans taste canned!

I really hate eating food that tastes like burnt oil that has been reused a thousand times.the steak flavor was horrible, the chilaquiles full of salt and no flavor the rise looks that has months in storage, I won’t comeback to this restaurant !!

Haven’t eaten yet but been sitting here 45 mins and no food out yet took 15 mins to bring us chips, and water. As a former waitress it was frustrating

This was our family's 1st time here. I was so impressed with the service that we received from "Omar." We had a lot of people in our "party", and Omar didn't miss a beat. He was AWESOME. The food is so delicious. I enjoyed watching the videos that you had playing. We will definitely be coming back to this Casa Jimenez. Unfortunately the one that my family has been going to for over 35 years in Pomona has closed.?

Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was very kind to the baby, and when it was time to bring the hot plates out he was very careful to keep them away from the baby.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door was specifically made to cater to handicapped people.
