I went to this new Charleys this morning because I heard it was really good and this employee Aileen was very extremely kind and friendly . She attended all my needs and was very patient with me. The food here was very delicious and I would come here again especially with the customer service I have received from this young lady! I recommend 100 %
Food tastes good. Unfortunately, there was so much mayonnaise in my cheese steak sandwich, I thought I was eating a mayonnaise sandwich. It's best to ask for no mayonnaise. Isn't needed. Don't know about the bone-in chicken wings, but the boneless ones are mostly batter with a tiny piece of chicken. Tasted good, but where's the chicken? Fries were excellent.
