This store has terrible service compared other store, a carry out order they mark the store is Completed, but they never started, the store manager stand there do nothing, the manager stand there talking with two females employee, after the app show the order Complete 5 minutes, they don't even know what I order by app, the chick-fil-A should shutdown their app

I used to love chick fil a but stopped eating there as of late because the price increases were getting ridiculous but I had a gift card so I decided to order my usual. What in the shrinkflation is going on here???? There were literally crumbles of chicken in here and then it was so empty the tortilla wrapped around multiple times. I used to not be able to finish these they were so full. The fact that this cost $12 is beyond me.
I am a delivery man. I went to the store to pick up the food, but no one responded to me. I waited for 13 minutes. Finally, I had no choice but to cancel the order. I have been to so many Chick-fil-A stores, but this is the first time I have encountered this situation.
Great service, clean dining area, kids play area is clean as well.

My daughter likes this restaurant a lot. The counter pickup area is a little crowded. Good food & good curbside service. No tipping required on the app, but I didn’t see where the redemption points were applied in the receipt.
Parking: I have been lucky in being able to find a curbside spot when I order via the app. Otherwise, the parking area can be very busy.
